Update 3: Upon closer inspection, it looks like they broke the little metal clip on the back of the sensor, so it is now useless. So much for that. They replaced a tire for me on 5/24. It wouldnt hold air, and by the end of the day it was flat. I brought it in the next day for them to fix. After waiting forever, they determined that the seal around the Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor was bad, so they ordered 2 different valve stem kits and I waited some more. After they got them, it turns out that they wouldnt work because the valve stems were different sizes. Now my options were: 1.) Pay $60 to replace a sensor that was working fine before I took it to Geist Auto Services. (By the way, they said they couldnt program it, so the tire pressure light would still be on. After 5 minutes of googling the issue and looking in my Owners Manual, it turns out that the process is easy and doesnt require a "special tool" at all.) 2.) Have them put a regular valve stem in. I chose to have them put a regular valve stem in because it wouldnt make sense to replace a sensor that was working just fine, and I was tired of waiting for parts. Im going to take it somewhere else to have it fixed because at this point Im tired of messing with Geist Auto Services.

To be very honest you cant differentiate a direct customer and a groupon customer. This is my third time I am facing it and I finally decided to write. I am an existing member (#27gm8987). I always give a call 7-10 days before any service and take the appointment. Initially (1 year back) their service was really good ..they greet me well and schedule an appointment but recently first question they ask - "Are you a groupon customer?" - If your answer is yes you will not get an appointment within 2 weeks , they are always full. If you are a regular customer then they are free anytime.Even from a groupon customer they will charge regular price for early (7 to 10 days early) appointment.This is ridiculous and very annoying.

I did not had good experience dealing with them. I went them to get my spark plug threaded for my honda accord.. They informed me it is fixed well but due to engine issue one of my cylinder is misfiring. They informed my engine was spoiled and suggested to replace engine . When I get it checked at honda service center , they shown me that whoever did threading of spark plug messed it up. Huge waste of time & money.

I have been using Geist Auto for over a year now. They are very personable and work well with what you are trying to accomplish. I had an older car and they did all they could to keep it running so when I purchased my new car, there was no option to switch service companies. They are willing to take you through every step without hiding any underlying issues and saying you need things that are already fixed.

I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and I cant drive. My car needed brake pads and rotors. Geist picked up my car, replaced my brakes and brought my car back to me. Their service was exceptional as well as their price! I would truly recommend them to my family and friends! I will definitely be using them for my future auto needs.
