THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE DEALER YOU CAN APPEAL TO PURCHASE A CAR. MY AWFUL EXPERIENCE STARTED WHEN I TOOK A FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH WITH ME ... MONEY THAT STRUGGLED SAVING PENNY BY PENNY TO BUY A CAR SO I WENT TO THIS PLACE THAT FOR SOME REASON IS HIDDEN AT THE END OF A ROAD... TALKED TO THIS "SALES MAN" WHO POPED UP THE HOOD OF AN INFINITY G35 AND ASKED ME HOW TO HOOK UP JUMPER CABLES... EVENTUALLY I LOOKED AT THE CAR AND THEY GAVE ME A GOZILIAN PAPERS TO SIGN UP WASHING THEIR HANDS AS IS... SO I TOOK THE CAR TO MY HOUSE. THREE WEEKS LATER THE CAR STARTED SMOKING LIKE A TRAIN ... SO IN ORDER TO FIX THE CAR GOOD I WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE ENGINE AND SPEND LIKE THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS... NOT ONLY THAT BUT I FOUND OUT THEY DID TEAR THE AIR BAGS OFF FROM THE CAR WHICH IS ILEGAL AND THE CAR GOT THE MILEAGE CHANGED... NON THE LESS THE CAR COMPUTER WASNT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANY OTHER COMPUTER FOR A TROUBLE SHOOTING BECAUSE THESE GUYS CUT THE WIRES LOOSE FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT PURPOSE... THIS IS JUST A FEEDBACK TO KEEP YOULL INFORMED AND KEEP AN EYE OPEN BEFORE SPENDING ALL YOUR MONEY. I KNOW HOW HARD IS TO EARN MONEY TO END UP GETTING SCREWED...

If I can select less than one star I would have they lower you in $1,000 down then they end up adding more money balloon payment you rape you for $398 for tags get you approved for a finance company by the name of Diamond Finance which is a very reputable company but what EZ Own does not tell you is the Diamond Finance they use is their sister company LLC look it up with the state of Florida I did after I got screwed make $225 payments biweekly and then they add your tags and their balloon payment to your loan contract without telling you and then repo your truck because you fall so far behind getting $50 every 14 days penalty after my experience looking it up with the state of Florida there is over a hundred cases against them with people with the same experience with me the guy jr. Will tell you whatever you want to hear and then not explain things to you when you show him in their contract for the paperwork doesnt make any sense they are a bunch of crooks

I only rated it 5 stars to be at the top of the list . this dealership does have food people working there , they were able to get me approved when other places couldnt, how even I believe there cars are trash . I baught a 2009 bmw from them I drove it for 3 weeks nd it broke down. After putting down 3000 down 3 weeks earlier I now had to pay 2000$ out of pocket to fix that car . then a week after it comes out the shop the battery goes bad . when I got it replaced, the car still had the original battery . I also had to get the oil changed . if you buy a car from them have it checked out by you own mechanic otherwise I wouldnt recomend buying a car from them.

Long story short, we needed to replace our POS. My wife came across EZ own sales via autotrader. In truth, I dreaded going to this place. But my wife remained in contact all day with the staff in regards to the VW beetle she wanted. Eric seriously went above and beyond to help her. When we arrived, I still had some dread, but easily went away upon meeting the helpful, knowledgeable, and polite staff. They made the whole process work in our favor and made it so easy to get this vehicle. I cant stress to you the curious reader enough, let this place help you get the car you want. They will take great care of you. Thank you to everyone at this establishment.

WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH EZ OWN CAR SALES!!! I ALWAYS TRIED TO AVOID GOING TO A DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF MY BAD CREDIT :-( BUT THEY APPROVED ME ON THE SPOT AND MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE LOW... I AM REALLY AMAZED THAT I LEFT OFF THE LOT WITH MY CAR IN THE SAME DAY!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!! AND TO ANYONE THAT HAS BAD CREDIT, NO CREDIT, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!! if you want a great deal on a great car ASK FOR GABE !!! By far the best salesman they have. Im 23 I have no proof of income only bank statements bad credit and not that much to work with as a down payment. The helped me get out of what I didnt know was a bad situation and into a vehicle I needed for work. Very easy to work with and I loved there were no dealer fees or finance fees. Straight up car lot. Car shopping sucks in general, but they made it a pretty great experience. I am 45 years old and have dealt with plenty of car lots over the years, and I mean it when I say, I will be back for my next purchase!

Beware luired me in there with a good price car that wasnt even there. Told me there phone was broken they couldnt send pics of the car. I GET THERE.THE STAFF Really didnt know what car I was referring too. The manager said I should just take that money and make a down payment & get a nicer car. Con artist. I took a Uber there to buy a car that wasnt even there!!! No wonder dealers have a bad rep.

If you buy one of their Ford focuss check for the "mykey" setting, which restricts how fast you go as well as the maximum volume. The Focus I purchased had it set already and I didnt realize this until after i purchased the car. Now i have to purchase a new key in order to deactivate this feature, considering they only provided me with one set of keys. I have to pay $300 for a new key.

And my credit isnt very good so I was surprised they got me approved. They werent kidding when they say they approve EVERYONE!!! If I were you, I would definetl y visit them!!! #EZownisLIT!!!!
