Bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander through Hertz Rent2Buy with the assistance of Jeanine Butler Diehl. When buying using Rent2Buy, you cant be in a hurry as youre buying a car from the rental fleet. It has to be pulled from the fleet, transferred to the sales location, and detailed. The 3 day rental gave me and my wife a great opportunity to drive the car, and I had time to take it to my mechanic for a thorough inspection. After deciding I wanted to buy the car, the process went smoothly, and Hertz waived the rental charges. If you believe everyone drives rental cars like maniacs, this is not for you. If you believe most people drive rental cars like their own, you could get a very good deal on a Hertz rental car. Im very happy with my 2014 Toyota Highlander, and I feel like I got an excellent deal under KBB value. The car is in excellent shape and had very reasonable mileage. Jeanine was very helpful during the entire process. Not knowing how the process worked, she helped reserve the car for me and followed up when it would be available. She even called me on her day off to ensure I got the car and everything was satisfactory. She kept in touch while I had the car and had the paperwork ready when I returned to purchase the car. It was a very smooth, relaxed car buying experience. I couldnt be happier.

We live in Melbourne Beach and were buying a replacement car for my daughter in college in Saint Augustine. We went to Orlando, Lake Wales, Sanford, all over Brevard county....this included 2 Hertz dealerships in the Orlando area. We found the car she wanted at a couple of locations. However, the ONLY dealership that went the extra mile to fix the couple of minor cosmetic flaws was Steve, our salesman at Hertz in West Palm Beach. We couldnt believe the level of customer service he provided. Especially, after our previous experiences at some other dealerships. He treated us like family, not joking! The cosmetic flaws were taken care of the car came out beautiful. Also, my daughters name was going on the title, so even the paperwork wasnt easy but they handled it, professionally and made it as easy as possible for us! It was a bit of a drive with all of our locations, but SO WORTH IT! Go there and ask for Steve. The finance manager was also super nice and very helpful! Its worth the drive!

First, they refused to appraise my car and refused to work with me. Second they say they do wholesale for wholesale but I have inside knowledge and they really sell at 3-4K over wholesale, but want to give you wholesale for your vehicle. All this from the manager actually. They were trying to rip me off just like some other dealers. Stay away, youre better off going to off lease only. Also they hid the fact that their warranty is no good. The mfg warranty covers drivetrain so theirs doesnt get used. Their 12k/1 yr does nothing. Plus the cars I looked at had all sorts of stains on the inside; who know what they were. Just stay away.

I felt no pressure walking around with Mark and had no feelings of someone eye balling my every move to buy a car and often cracking a few jokes. We were shopping around for a week in Miami before coming to the North Pompano location. By far the best buying experience weve ever had. Jerry Burris (sales), was the most kind, courteous, and professional salesman weve dealt with. The location is small, quiet, and relaxed. Their no haggle policy is great, although they did honor my AAA discount promotion which was great! Cars are in great condition, great warranty, finance agent was helpful, fast and professional. We were in and out with our new used car in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

So happy with our car! We got an amazing deal and Jovie was so helpful! He never pressured us into buying, he just made sure we knew everything (warranty, car fax, etc.) and even encouraged us to go to our credit union. Even when he wasnt there the day we actually bought the car, he made sure we were taken care of. Everyone is very pleasant and the car is fantastic. Will never buy anywhere else.

Very nasty and disgusting customer service. The manager overdraft my account with over $900 and he was supposed to go directly to State Farm and instead he chose not to. I will Never rent anything from this company again. I spoke to the manager and a few other customer service and I did not like the attitude. That red hair guy that works at the front is very disgusting .

Horrible customer service the sales men do not receive any commission for the sales therefore they have no interest in selling cars. Drove there 3 times with a pre-approval letter in hands and was told to come back some other day since they were busy.
