Desde a escolha ate a entrega do carro em minha residencia, bem como em solver pequenas questoes do pos venda sem maiores misterios. Eu comprei um sentra 2013 cerca de dois meses e hoje pela manha tive um problema com o cambio e liguei para eles pedindo ajuda. I CAME INTO C.A.R.S. JUST TO CHECK OUT WHAT THEY HAD ON THE LOT. HERSEL WALKED UP TO ME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF. SHOWED ME WHAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE AND HELPED ME IN A COURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY MANNER. HE MADE THE EXPERCIENCE FEEL LIKE I WAS A KID IN A CANDY SHOP LOOKING AT WHAT I WANTED TO GET THE MOST. AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF WALKING THE LOT I FINALLY CAME ACROSS A BEAUTIFUL 4 DOOR THAT SEEMED TO HAVE MY NAME STAMPED ALL OVER THE CAR. UPON DECIDING ON THE CAR HERSEL MADE THE PAPER WORK PROCESS QUICK AND EFFICENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY FIRST TIME BUYERS LOOKING TO FIND SOMETHING QUICK WITHOUT HASSLE TO COME IN AND CHECK OUT CARS. ASK FOR HERSEL FOR THE BEST SERVICE.

I sopke with a rep on phone for days concerning a specific car. I was assured that if the car became available by a specific date, I would have a first shot at getting it. I got a call from the dealer stating that the car was available. 10 minutes before I arrived at this place, I called again and was assured the car was available. When I got there, not only was the car already sold but the rep tried to sell me another car. Dont waste your time. If a dealer would lie to you to get you in the door, can you imagine what that dealer wouldnt lie about? BUYER BEWARE!

Buying a car is always a struggle and I kept calling all the dealers I see through my Google search but when I came across this one it was different. When I called the first time, salesperson Felipe answered my call and he was extremely helpful. He asked me my preferences and the several brands Im interested in. When I visited the store, he welcomed me and showed me all the cars that we talked about over the phone. I ended up buying a car the next day because I was convinced and the salesperson was sincere since the beginning. I recommended it!

Fortunately, I was able to talk to a Brazilian salesperson called Felipe, the customer service was truly incredible, he knew absolutely everything about the car and he gave me every piece of information I needed to make my decision. the service here was amazing nothing was rushed or pushed by the dealer we were helped by ryan who was amazing very funny guy and to help with finance was lewis who couldnt be more honest about prices he said no lies or made up any magic fake numbers the dealer price tag on the window was 100% what we payed no empty meaning numbers coming from no where, if your promised a price they stick with it
