UPDATE TO THE REVIEW BELOW: Enterprise has made the whole situation right. The higher-ups took notice and despite my insistence that I didnt want anything, they looked into the whole thing and made everything right. I have to say that Enterprise has proven themselves (to me) to be a reputable and stand-up company and I will continue to work with them in the future. Im the owner of a business out of Central Indiana. I came and purchased a Fuso box truck from this location in August of 2014, as they had the specific truck I was looking for. As seems usual with car dealerships (Ive found), they painted over a lot of rust on the back of the unit which appeared much better in the pictures. :) But, other than that and a scratch on the back that I didnt know about (wasnt in the pics either) until I was already on my way there from Indiana, the experience of purchasing was just fine, and I would not have reviewed them poorly. To keep from writing a book, Ill keep it simple: Within 15 minutes of leaving their place after having purchased the vehicle, the ENG SYS light came on and I pulled over and called them. When they arrived, they apologized profusely, added DEF fluid to the tank (which was not close to empty), and turned the vehicle off and back on, and the light didnt come back on. They told me I had two options: to have them tow the vehicle over an hour away to a Mitsubishi dealer and have their computer look into the problem, and they get me a rental and keep me informed until it was done, or, for me to take the vehicle and hopefully everything was OK (they felt that perhaps it was just low on DEF). They assured me that if the problem continued that they would take care of it. But they informed me that if the light came on, to just add fluid like they just had. On the way back to Indiana it didnt have any problems, no light on. In the next week or so it didnt either, and then it came on again, and we added fluid, which seemed to solve the problem. But this continued to happen. Around a month and a half after purchase, the light came on and it would not go off with the addition of fluid, and the engine was having problems as well, etc, etc. I emailed Nate, who I had dealt with as soon as we had a diagnosis with a Mitsubishi dealer. The bottom line, in the end, was that it ended up being in the shop on and off for over 6 weeks (3 hours round trip from our location, the only place a MITS could go), costing us enormous business. Thats six weeks in the shop over the course of like 2.5 months-- they couldnt figure it out. And though Mitsubishi did help financially with the fixes (I do not complain about their treatment), even then, it cost my company just over $6,000 in diagnosis and repair for this engine problem that was mostly related to the DEF system and its sensors-- the very thing that stopped me miles from their location after purchasing. I write this review out of a respect for the principle of the matter. I kindly asked them to help with at least some of the cost because it was directly related to that ENG SYS light that came on near their shop. They declined. Even a small amount would have kept me from writing this review and perhaps even brought me back for more vehicles in the future and to continue renting vehicles from Enterprise Corp. Im not livid, I just think its wrong, so I feel others should know about it.

I would never get a car from here again. I brought a Nissan Altima Hybrid 2009 and it has been one problem after another. Before I drove of the lot the TMPS light was on. Of course that was my problem to get fixed. They did not clean the car completely before I left. Once I opened the cup holder there was all kinds of nasty stuff under it. I immediately got seat covers because I have children. There were all kinds of stuff under the cushions. Hybrids are known to have expensive batteries (of course I found out after I got the car) about $5000 or more. I just came up on a year and the warranty does not cover it. Then this morning the engine went bad. Im sure thats going to be another added expense. And all this is on top of my car note. This is not my first car and I do expect to pay for the upkeep of my vehicle but only a year into this car and it is having major problems and draining my savings. I purposefully get a car off a lot because I know nothing about cars and expect these cars to be in tip top shape. Especially when they come attached with thousands of dollars in loans. Plus every time I call Enterprise they cannot help me. These cars are used and abused and being sold for top dollar. Totally unfair. Do your research and check everything because they wont. Their job is to sell you a car period. It is your job to protect yourself.

I have used Enterprise Rental for many years as a road warrior ... when the time came recently to buy a car (unexpectedly), we went to the Sales department. From the time we walked in it was pleasant. Chris met us, made sure we had not already talked with another salesperson (so he didnt take the sale from his colleague), and then took us in the office to explain the "Enterprise Way". Refreshing since the salesperson usually whisks you out to fall in love with a car - and then unloads all the conditions. Once we agreed, set our price and preferences, out to look we went. Whole process from beginning to end was shorter than other car buying experiences elsewhere. They even played ball in the hall with my 7yr old to keep him occupied while I signed papers. We definitely recommend the Campbells Run Rd location for your rental and car buying needs - we will be back when its time for our next car buying need.

After our experience with Enterprise Car Sales, we will never go to another dealership again! Everything about our experience at Enterprise was surprising, and not at all what we have come to expect from a car dealership. Our salesman, Jeff, was friendly, polite, and very attentive. He was never pushy, and at no time did we feel like we were being high-pressured. The other staff that we did interact with was the same. Because we were there late on a Saturday, there were still some things that needed to be completed after we left. Jeff went out of his way to accommodate us! He drove to my office to deliver paperwork, and we received calls almost every day for well over a week to make sure that we were satisfied with our car. The manager even called!! I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone and everyone! It was a one of a kind customer service experience!

Great Cars, great prices, great people, great experience! I have to say I was a bit leery about buying a car from a rental company but a year ago when my son desperately needed a new car, our last stop was Enterprise. They had a deal we couldnt pass up so we took the plunge. He has had no issues with the car, it runs like a charm. So a few weeks ago when my daughter found herself in the same situation, we went to Enterprise first. Found her a great deal too! Its a no-haggle zone so the process is really quick and easy.
