Absolutely horrible. Your service from the beginning has been lacking. We purchased a GMC DENALI extended cab from Schumacher GMC on Okechobee. The first truck was a complete lemon and we had to trade it in for a second one 3 months after purchase. It had a shimmy that would appear after we hit 65 miles an hour and despite attempts at repairing it remained undriveable. The dealer tried to tell us that this is normal stating and I quote (this sentence is very hard to forget): "no matter where you buy a vehicle you will never get a perfect one of the lot." After many discussions and finally after threatening to lemon law the vehicle they "graciously" agreed to give us a new truck for another 1200.00 down payment. At this point my wife and I needed to transportation, as we are parents to 2 year old twins, and needing to avoid the possibly lengthy process of lemon lawing the truck I decided to eat the extra 1200 dollars and just trade the truck in. The "new" replacement truck was given to us with an indentation in the posterior passenger panel. We where told it would be repaired and after several attempts at having it repaired it still has not been done. Follow that up with an inability to produce a loaner vehicle for a reservation made with a 2 weeks window; and that the only reason I knew the loaner was unavailable is because I called the day before to confirm its presence. A loaner is key to my family as I stated before we have 2 y/o twins and my wife cannot be without transportation. Your service staff could of cared less about the inability to produce a loanerand did absolutely NOTHING to try to resolve the issue. We where simply told that "thats the way it is." I made several attempts to speak to a service manager over the next three days (both at the Northlake and Okechobee locations), left many a voicemail with no return phone calls. For a truck valued at 70K+ the service is horrendous. Other car manufacturers selling you vehicles at this price range would and have (I have owned Infinity, Mercedes, and BMWs in the past) bent over backwards to please a customer. I have NEVER been told that a loaner is not available by any of my prior dealerships nor have they simply blown off nay complaints regarding their vehicles. Your staff at both the Northlake and Okechobee locations did nothing and had no drive to fix or try to resolve the problems that we where experiencing. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the automatic tailgate on the "new" truck broke 11 months after purchase which was repaired with difficulty as the loaner could not be obtained. The added wonderful feature that the entertainment system continuously reboots at random times while in use despite multiple attempts at repair is an awesome bonus. The staff continues to say that there is nothing wrong with it. So NO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SCHUMACHER GMC to anyone. Im waiting for the lease to expire so that I can get a new car with service. Maybe a Toyota or Honda as they seem to never have issues finding loaners for their costumers, or repairing issues with their cars.

Unhappy with my service. Will change review if its fixed. So essentially, I came into my service telling the person helping me, that I believe my Spark Plugs, and/or Ignition coil needed replacement, based on the symptoms, and specifically asked for the mechanics to check them (granted, this means lifting the engine, which is typically a labor filled task) So I paid for the diagnostic, and he hadnt mentioned anything about it (But i specifically said, I believe the problem is my spark plugs, and told them to take a look at it.) I took my car to a service at another dealership 2 days prior, and still had 0 codes on my car, and the issue was still happening, but didnt pay for a diagnosis/checkup. But got a code read. I took my car into your shop, and "all of a sudden" i have a powertrain relay code, and need a $300 replacement. Okay. So now Im $265 out of pocket. I asked the service If this should fix the problem and was told "Typically yeah, thats something that effects runability" and was recommended to also clean my throttle body(They wanted to charge me $135 for this, when any DIY guide on youtube would cost you $15 and 30 minutes.) and a fuel filter clean($168.) which I ended up getting. Three days later, the issue happens again. My car is unsafe to drive. So I take my car to some $40 run-by mechanic, and have them check-out my spark plugs, and low and be-hold, most are warped and need replacements, which is a $300+ job due to the labor of lifting engine, would be nice If I was not now $350+ out of pocket for sketchy fixes at Schumacher. I am not a happy customer. I appreciate the service manager for taking a second look, and test driving it- but you guys clearly took no look at spark plugs like I had originally requested with the first service person I spoke with. And now I am unable to afford my Spark Plugs until next paycheck because of the costs of your "services"

My experience was terrible. Jessie Solari was completely rude throughout the entire experience. Mr. Solari treated me like a disease that he couldnt even be bothered with. I wasnt treated like an actual human being from the moment I drove onto the service terminal. Dave Rosynek tried to smooth everything over because the women you have answering the phones for service are disrespectful. Im constantly hang up on, or transferred in the middle of a sentence. Valet continuously drove my car around the terminal serval times at 10:20 am. I arrived at 9:30 am, I didnt get my car until 10:40 pm. I was waiting on an oil change while the valet continuously drove my car around from 10:10 am to 10:20 am. Once I was back into my car, everything was thrown around and a mess. They left the filthy mat inside my car, my glove compartment looked like a tornado ran through it. Why was my license and registration outside of its protective covering ? my Instructor guide was outside of its cover and my lug nut for my tire was thrown in the passenger seat.My napkins were crumbled and my color cosmetics bag was squished and filthy. I can tell that multiple people were joy riding in my car because not only was my drivers seat adjusted (thats to be expected) but my passenger seat was layed all the way back. No one checked on me throughout the time that I was waiting for my car. Just for fun I checked my trunk, everything is organized in its own compartment. It all looked ransacked. The service crew was so busy trying to rush me out of the terminal because I was doing a full inspection of my car and they came to tell me that I need to move. It was at this moment that I decided that I no longer wanted my Schumacher vehicle.

Brought my NEW Car in for a simple oil change, (490 miles approx) and a warranty trim panel replacement on my dash. Not only was my car seat scratched and the console scratched from the install, they crashed my car!. The rim, rear bumper, down the side was pretty bad. Yes stuff happens, but! They had the nerve to paint my rim (was factory black) , NOT replace it like they said, they put BONDO on the hole and dents with what had to be a half gallon of the stuff, when the bumper I was told would be replaced was just poorly repaired. The paint job was a botch job, wasnt feathered good, had orange peel, total mess! At least 3 shades off the correct color. When I was in the waiting room, the manager called me in to his office when it first happened, when he was explaining what happened to me me it was like it happens all the time and its not a problem. Manager didnt seem to care one bit in the world. Gave me a rent a car, a real gem at that for about 2 weeks. When I went to pick up the car, I told them it was not an acceptable repair, and was told, it is what it is, what more do you want from us. (I wish I could show pix). The manager wouldnt even come back out again to talk to me, he pawned a service advisor to me. Oh, and they forgot to do the oil change. Terrible experience, Good luck with with place.
