I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. She immediately forwarded my inquiry to Jimmy Khokhar who called me that night. He spoke with me on the phone for over 45 minutes making sure he had every detail as to what I wanted in my new car. He was friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. He kept in touch with me during my move from Ohio to Florida with emails and phone calls while we worked on ordering my new car. Once I got to Jupiter I met with Jimmy for the first time at Jupiter Braman BMW. He was wonderful from the moment I walked into the store. He sat with my husband and I for over an hour, one-on-one to go over every last detail of my car. We test drove the new three series, and looked for hours at almost every car on the lot! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. Once my car was ordered my adventure continued. He updated me several times a week over the six weeks it took for my car to be built and delivered. The best day was the day I came to pick up my car. The car was absolutely beautiful and perfect; It was better than I imagined. Everyone in the dealership from the General Manager, Mike Trapasso, to the assistant manager and all the sales associates were congratulating me on my new car. I then got to meet with Marlin Randle in Finance who was exceptional. He spent an hour with me going over every finance option possible and helped guide me to the best lease option for my needs. He was so kind and patient, and I am very grateful for that. Afterwords Jimmy spent over an hour with me in my new car showing me all the exciting features of the car and how to work the system. Jimmy has kept in touch with me since then inviting me back for more tutorials if needed and I know I can call him at any time with questions. ~ I had an exceptional experience with Braman.

In regards to the purchase of 2009 Cadillac CTS. Dealing with Mark Bellew and the Jupiter Braman Team was nothing short of a outstanding experience. Buying a vehicle over the Internet can definitely be a cause for apprehension, no doubt. Mark Bellew and Braman represented themselves in a outstanding manner and the vehicle "2009 Cadillac CTS " was in better condition than was expected, it looked brand new... How they turned a 22000 mile vehicle in to show room quality is beyond me. I flew down to West Palm Beach and was picked up by Mark, who was waiting for me at West Palm Beach Airport. When we arrived at Bramans Jupiter store we started the paper work and test drove the car. As I finished up the financials, they proceeded to fill the tank up for the long drive back to Atlanta. Very Nice Gesture. The whole deal was done in 1:30hr start to drive away... Excellent.. Just to address the attention to detail these folks have, there was a little white wax residue around the door handle and some other trim piece, not a big deal in my opinion... Mark said "THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE" and called the detail shop, who immediately came and fixed it... Now that is attention to detail.. All In All a VERY pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to deal with Bramans in my future car needs. Well Done Sir... Keep up the Excellent Customer Service.

I have wanted a convertible...preferably a BMW..from the day I received my drivers license over 30 years ago. However it was not a feasible option due to finances and certain life demands that restricted my choice in vehicles. A convertible would be a pure indulgence and it seemed like an unobtainable desire. However, recently my Aunt and Uncle purchased a new BMW convertible at Braman BMW thru Mark Bellew. After being given the opportunity to experience their car I was enamored. I began reconsidering the idea of a BMW convertible for myself. My Aunt and Uncle raved so much about their experience with Mark and how much they trusted him as well as the outstanding customer service provided by Braman BMW that I decided to contact Mark for myself. I explained my wants and guidelines to Mark. He acted efficiently sending me information and a picture of exactly what I was looking for. My meeting with Mark was as exceptional of an experience as promised. He was patient, genuine, and took the time to go over every option I had with my best interest in mind. I was browsing the internet for a vehicle I needed for work and after visiting several dealerships, found it to be way over priced at over $ 72K. So I have been driving BMWs for decades. In 2014 I moved to Florida and I ask 2 of my friends, who both have BMWs, where should I go to lease a new BMW. They both say "go see Patrick Torres at Braman BMW on Indiantown Road in Jupiter. The interesting thing is my friends dont know each other, so separately they both told me to go see Patrick. So trusting my friends, I go to Braman in Jupiter and I ask for Patrick Torres. So I see why they sent me to Patrick. Patrick is like a non-salesman salesman. Laid back, not pushy, but gets the job done. None of the salesman BS, no fast talk, just accurately answered my questions, and we had some fun on some test drives. So I leased a 435 from Patrick in 2014. Now my lease is up, and I just finished inking a second lease with Patrick. I got what I feel is a great deal on a seriously cool 440, so I felt a positive Google review was in order. So if you are a BMW enthusiast, or are shopping for your first one...definitely go to Braman in Jupiter and ask for Patrick Torres. You will be happy you did. Tell him Rick sent ya!
