Only gave them one star so i could write a review...CAUTION AUTO SALES, should be there name. Think twice before buying with these guys, they bait you in with there charm and how much they value you, and will do anything to find you a great car, then they promise to look at car related issues but its all bs there manipulating liars, I initially wanted there mercury merinar but when I drove all the way to Erie to Look at it, I get there its in the garage because it needed rotars wheel bearings couple other things after being told it was in great condition, THAT SHOULD OF BEEN A RED FLAG!! But I needed a vehicle quick so I went with the pontiac gt, the car will not pass inspection , tires are smooth illegal to sell like that for safety reasons, check engine light came on they told me its something ERG valve, ummm NO I need new catalyst converter, ERG, lighter plug ins stopped working, the sunroof is a panaramic one it wont open, i was told they looked at it, yeah right Im suppose to have electric car starter DOESNT WORK CAR ALARM ALWAYS GOES OFF WHEN ACCESSING VEHICLE, they DID TRY getting it to work, AND I WAS TOLD IT needed new batteries lies, the chunck of money I gave these guys ISNT just something I have lying around, im a single mom of 3 needed a dependable reliable car, i got rail roaded into thinking these guys genuinly care, THEY DONT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

Based on my experience.The service they provided was horrible. They talked me into driving off the lot with a car they tried to sell me uninspected by making promises to contact me within 10 days to finish. Its now September the car was bought in MAY is still uninspected. The mechanic confirmed they needed a part in order for it to pass inspection and that he would take care of the inspection. I have made multiple attempts to get the car fixed, get my money back, some sort of fair resolution. They have been nothing but sneaky , manipulating, and rude. I feel they have committed fraud and therefore will be proceeding as though. The purpose of this review is to help those who may be as naive and trusting as I was. In my opinion, buying a car here will do more damage to your situation than help. Take heed to this opinion of mine because I sincerely dont want anyone to go through what Im going through right now. Im a mother and have a job that requires my car and I drive in and out of town.I tried to drive to Grove city and the transmission overheated within 30minutes of leaving ($14,00 car).Those facts shouldve been respected and Overlands integrity shouldve been in tact but clearly it wasnt.

Overland Auto Sales went above and beyond what I ever expected from a car dealership. They not only made the car buying experience a pleasant experience, but also quite easy. Every question I had was thoroughly answered. All the employees-from the salespeople to the mechanic- truly cared and went out of their way to make it an effortless process. Despite having been very busy, Mike and Dan made me feel as if I was the only customer there. They looked for a vehicle for me over the course of a couple weeks, and found the exact one that I wanted. I never could have thought I would be able to get such a fantastic running and looking vehicle, for an unbeatable price. The other reviewers on here must not have gone to the same place I did because this is BY FAR THE BEST in Erie! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle at a great price! Got a car with a recounstructed title. And was not told. Then the car had a antifreeze.leak that was coming into my passenger Floor. They attempted to give me another car I took that one to MY mechanic and they told me the 4×4 didnt work and it was unsafe to drive. Ended up having to take them to court for my money back. Because of the lemon law I won. Be cautious and do your. Homework. ATTENTION TO DETAIL! !!!!!!.

The service her is very bad. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will not back up their product and are rude, especially to woman. They are one of the worst dealerships I have ever worked with. There are many reputable auto sales businesss in Erie. This is not one of them.
