Pleae read , please read, please read... Please be careful!! And make sure you fully check the car before leaving. First off! I will not list anyone name because they all are great salesmens and very nice. But still be very careful cause they wont tell you everything until its time to sign papers. If youre looking for a car lot to get you into a car no matter what youre going through. They are the best, and will make it happen . Just be careful with their cars. Now: I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima. When I first contacted them they told me it will be $2000 down and the car is mine. Im good to go off the lot... I went to see the car and test drive. I left a deposit on the car until I bring back the other $450 I did so within 2 days. When it was time to sign the paperwork they said " its $4500 down you will have to do pick up payments" that was not told me when they got my approval from the bank. The made it seem like it was only $2000 down. Again, It was not told to me when I test driven the car. However, I said fine this car/color I really want the storm blue which is hard to find ( and they still posting on Craigslist as if the car is at their and its been sold to me ) anyways, i signed. I have 1 month to bring back $2500 within that one month my Linining underneath the car all came apart while I was driving I looked underneath the car the car lining was all wired up to hold it together ( no good ) they was gone fix it but I said you know what Ill let someone else do it that way I know its right. Right after I gave them the money . The car was okay for about 4 days right after that my CV joints start making loud noise while I turn ( they kept saying its under factory warranty ) so I take the car to Nissan come to find out the car was hit in the front end and it has been fixed... the car fax this car lot gave me didnt say any of that on the car fax. The car fax stated it was a rental car before and listed all services thats all. But no accident which is strange. They pointed out how the car has been painted etc. and I can now see the transition of the colors between my front bumper and the body of the car.. I got the cv joints fixed.. out of my pocket cause it wasnt under warranty. Then my engine light came on.. yes its a used car but its A 2016 not that old. Ever since I purchased this car Ive been doing mechanical work to it. I only made two car notes and the mechanical work that Ive put into it is way much more money then I even paid on this car... never again will I go to this car lot.. I shouldve known cause they fix cars in the back at their car lot.

Avoid at all cost! If ZERO stars was an option, I would chose it. Lied about the down payment ($1,000 online and $1,500 in person), lied about the vehicle mileage (89,000 on the phone and 111,000 actual), the price of the car ($15,000 from the salesman turned into $18,600 on paper), and then really tries to scam you on the interest rate and special financing charges ($3,600 special finance charge plus 24% interest) if you have less than good credit, which is their primary customer base. Salesman promised us a 30 day warranty and the manager said no way on paper. Basically a repo operation. The salesman (Anthony) knew I was there for Alex, and did not tell him so we waited 30 minutes before we had to ask a manager for Alex. Alex arrives and will not get off the phone to help us. Then Alex is playing video games on his phone while his finance guy is trying to stick it to us. They have a "Owed Work" sheet to write down their promised work but please dont believe that as it has no company information on it and they are constantly shifting the deal in their direction. Avoid at all cost!

I REALLY WISH THAT I COULD HAVE GAVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. I WENT THERE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY CAR AT A GOOD PRICE WITH BAD CREDIT. PETE FROM TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD OFFERED TO HELP PURCHASE A BRAND NEW CAR WITH JUST 2K DOWN, BUT SINCE I HAD NO TRANSPORTATION I DID NOT GO. WELL I STUMBLED UPON THIS CRAP WITH LOUD ASS CUBANS AND WAS BAMBOOZLED TO PURCHASE A CAR I WAS ADVISED WAS A 2012 BUT FOUND OUT ITS ACTUALLY 2011 WHEN I CALLED TO SWITCH INSURANCE. WHY DIDNT YOU REFUSE IT YOU SAY? THE FREAKING RECEIPT THAT I SIGNED STATED THAT MY MONEY WAS NON REFUNDABLE IF I CHOOSE NOT TO GET THE CAR. IT HAS ONLY BEEN A DAY SINCE I HAVE HAD IT AND ASKED TO SWITCH IT BUT HEARD NOTHING BACK. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE CHARGING ME A TOTAL OF 3K DOWN FOR THIS JUNK. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. THERE ARE A MILLION OTHER PLACES JUST IN THE AREA THAT ARE JUST AS GOOD. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND I WISH THEY WOULD ALLOW ME TO SWITCH THE CAR. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT ALL. THEY ALL SLOPPY AND ALL OVER THE PLACE.

I recently had to buy a car because I started a new job and couldn’t depend on Miami’s public transportation because it’s so unreliable! I didn’t have a lot of money and was skeptical of some of these car dealers and didn’t want to get robbed. I somehow ended up at Ocean Auto on 67th Ave and Coral Way and was really surprised by the way they help people there. No hassles or high pressure sales. I found a decent car but I was still undecided. The sales person was really kool and didn’t hound me like they did at some of the dealerships. The following day I made my decision and went back and bought the car I liked. It’s not new but it runs great and I got a great deal, that’s all I wanted. I would certainly recommend Ocean Auto to anyone who is looking for a good selection of cars and kool, no hassles sales people. Thank you Ocean Auto

If you want to save TIME and a Headache dont go to this dealership. First they will approve a fraudulent deal with you just to get you in a car and get the down payment. Then they will call you back to resign paperwork. Which is not legal, then make another agreement.... Also raise your car note. Then you will have to call EVERYDAY for your plates because your temp tag will expire before you get plates. And they wont send them in the mail to you! This was my experience and I HATE I got a car from this place its more of a headache then having a nice time driving my car! I cant even go to work because my tag expired on the 1st I have no plates. Also when I call there for my plates the guys hang up. And fyi I just bought this car a month ago....
