UPDATE: youll see by the owners response below that he claims theres no major oil leak and yet here is the email where they tried to charge me over $1000 to fix it, just couple days after buying it: From: carl.srqauto to me Jan 29, 2017 Hi Cliff , The estimate (to fix the oil leak on the truck you just bought from us) came to 1025.00 it calls for 10hrs of labor parts and fluids we normally charge 135 an hour we are charging 79.00 an hour for this job let me know if you are wanting to go forward with the repair . Thank you , … Carl Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device Stay away!! there are tons of dealers without hidden fees dont believe they all have them!! Like Anthony below Im also a 52yr old military veteran and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I find there is still a $249 hidden "Pre-delivery service" fee in the deal that showed up after theyd already agreed to the sale price. I had already informed them a few days prior that I would do my own pre-delivery "service" and to remove that fee and he agreed to do it. Chris the finance guy admitted it was just extra profit built into the deal but refused to remove it despite being what we had agreed to and got really nasty. Read below at all the venom and nastiness in his words to anthony and myself and youll see his true colors, dont be fooled by the fake smile. Sold me vehicle with a supposed warranty and pressure washed the engine so couldnt see the HUGE oil leak it had. Brought it right back when saw the leak and not only would they not fix it they tried to talk me into using their service dept to do the work for another $1000!! What a scam!! You might as well buy a car on craigslist, the protection is just as good and no hidden fees. Nasty woman at the front window wouldnt even get anyone for me to talk to just kept saying "sorry you should have caught it". So I put the key on the counter and walked out to draw some attention from management and they came out the back door which clearly showed they had been listening the whole time. Chris was extremely nasty and just said too bad. Bottom line is that the vehicle they just sold me had a rear main seal leak which only happens over a long period of time and they had to have known it was there but even if they missed it they should have fixed it. What they are telling you is once your back tires leave their driveway they gotcha!

Notice how they unprofessionally reply to every single bad review? They attempt to blame it on the customer each and every time, making up excuses in an attempt to clear up their horrible business. Thats because they are a horrible company to work with and extremely unprofessional. The sales guy looked like he was on something the entire time I was there with my boyfriend, his eyes were bloodshot and he was just trying to get us into the car and out the door as quickly as possible. They sold the car to us with headlights and tail lights out (something they should have noticed and such an easy fix since they have such an "awesome" mechanic on site), claimed that they were taking the car to get "detailed," which we waited about an hour for, to only get back in the car with the same amount of dust and dirt in it as when we test drove it! It was not "detailed" in any way shape or form. The car needs new tires, there is a weird acceleration that keeps happening when your foot is on the brake that causes the car to lunge forward, which is extremely unsafe. They will hang up on you if you have any complaints about the car you just spent thousands of dollars on and basically say "OH WELL, YOUR PROBLEM NOW, NOT OURS!" They will charge you twice when it comes time to make your monthly payments and say its not their fault. All around a horrible car dealership. Take my advice, stay away from SRQ Auto! To SRQ Auto, dont even try to reply to this. Youll just make yourselves look even worse.

I just purchased a pre-owned full size SUV from SRQ Auto. I really did drive away happy!! My experience was one that totally contradicted the stereotype of car sales that we all dread. The people at SRQ Auto, especially our salesperson Chris Geraci, were direct, transparent, and kind in the way they presented the vehicles we showed interest in. We were glad we found something there because it really felt safe to shop there. I am thankful that Chris, Jim, and the team helped us get the Awesome SUV that we bought within our budget. Additionally Chris and Jim (the business manager) worked to find us a great financing firm that would give us a good rate. Most importantly they did find one. We really got a great deal. SRQ Auto makes it easy for the sales teams to sell the products, because they use all the credentialed reports, including CARFAX, as well as having staffed certified mechanics to assess what they are going to present to potential buyers. All the inventory on the lot, without a doubt, appeared to be good quality . . . except the one I bought . . . it was the best!! Chris was great! Jim was really kind and took the time to answer any questions about the financing paperwork. The whole team and the office had a great vibe and were very helpful. I would shop there again. I most likely will shop there again. And my hope is this company will continue to grow so that this quality of service can be forwarded to more people.

I was a first time buyer with no car credit and was looking for somewhere to start building credit history with and found it with SRQ AUTO. After taking the day off fron work to find the right vehicle for me and my girlfriend, we spent all morning @ SRQ MOTORS. Do not get these two places confused. @ SRQ motors we test drove an suv of our liking to our mechanic to have it checked out. Our mechanic saw the vehicle had been in a wreck that was obviously covered up, and while running a diagnostic the car died and would not start back up leaving us stranded. The dealer from SRQ MOTORS picked us up and brought us back to show us two other vehicles that would not even start. On the way there SRQ AUTO caught my eye. By this time our toddler was exhausted and needed a nap. But I took the chance, left SRQ MOTORS and drove straight to SRQ AUTO where I was welcomed by a completely different atmosphere of service. Chris opened the door like he was welcoming me to his home. He saw I was aggravated at this point and assured me that i would not have the problems I had just gone through with him. At that point I received nothing but attentive thorough sevice to put us into our first vehicle. Thank you SRQ AUTO !

If you advertise a car on Craigs list and SRQ AUTO, LLC contacts you.... Seller BEWARE. They tell you anything you want to hear so you bring your car to them. In their response below, they said I "ADMITTEDLY DENIED THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT". That is a LIE. When Carl first contacted me by phone..I told him the car had dings on it. When I met him in person, I immediately pointed them out. Right Carl? I was never in a hurry to sell the car. IF YOU POST AN AD IN CRAIGS LIST-BY-OWNER ONLY (PRIVATE PARTY, NO DEALERS) SECTION, they are the first ones to call YOUR number. From the second I walked into their business, I already knew what the outcome was going to be, it was like watching a bad movie. The F bomb wasnt because of the price, I knew I was going to be low balled with "CASH" (money they wont have to report), all I wanted was for them to quit wasting more of my time with their charades and give me my car keys.
