Dan White

I made them an offer on a used 2013 White Dodge Ram today. They felt it was to low. Fine maybe it was. So I go to another dealer and look at other Rams and I tell them about the 2013 White sport Ram hoping they have one like it. They run the car fax on the St. Clair truck and find that it had been in an accident and that was hit hard enough to deploy the air bags. Why did no one tell me about this when when I made an offer on it! The Sale people tell me I would have know when I sign the Car Fax disclosure. Well when is that!!! After everything is agreed to??? Do you see the problem with that!!! Me too! Shady dealing!!! Ask for the car fax before you make any offers at this place!!! Loved the truck but felt deceived. Dont buy that 2013 white sport ram for the $29,995 they are asking! At least if they are keeping you in the dark like the did me! They also own the Chevy dealer in St Clair...so expect the same sales behavior over there l guess!!!! Shifty dealing at a minimum!!! Share this on Facebook please!

Bought a vehicle in april... June the a.c. compressor went out, they had my car for a week, told me parts that were wrong and then when I called back to check because I never get a update call I ask about the parts being out in and they tell me "oh the mechanic was just guessing that was the problem" and find out it wasnt even close to the issues wrong with my car. After a week I get a call that its all set and ready and 4 days later I have no heat and its been in the shop for 4 days already and still no call. Thankfully its all covered under my warranty but a call would be nice and correct info would be greatly appreciated. Salesmen were great through all this but the service department sucks

Service technician Dan did a great job installing 4 high performance tires on my car, he was very thorough with his work. I asked to see the underside of my car, he brought me out and showed me everything with a full inspection. Service advisor Sarah was very nice and helpful. I will continue to have Dan service my vehicles.

My vechile was in there dealership for service 3 times for the same issue. Service specialist Steve Brown was awesome. I can not say the same for the manager Chris Scholtz. My new jeep had been in for service at that dealership approximately 60 days total.
