I purchased my 2004 Ford Expedition in 2014 , putting down $5000 plus a trade in. The very day I bought it I took it to my mechanic who noticed the lifters knocking right away. He advised me to return it. During that first week I took it back to Right Way for them to check it out, and was told by Jennifer Strickland it was a sound characteristic with Fords. A week later ( only 2 weeks after the sale) my uncle came with me to resolve the matter, letting them know it was not normal and rather than take advantage of the situation they should fix it. Jennifers story then changed, that yes it shouldnt sound like that and they would cover the premium cost if covered by the watranty. It was covered, however only if under a certain mileage (my truck was well over that mileage amount therefore they would not be covering the cost of repairs). I was basically ripped off not only on the quality of vehicle, but also selling me a faulty warranty knowing most things were not covered given the amount of mileage on the vehicle at the time of sale. I would never again give them my business even if I were desperate nor would I ever refer anyone there, in fact I would do the opposite. They dont even deserve a full star.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Rightway. My husband and I paid the first off almost a year early with no penalties and that car is still as awesome as the day we bought it. Last week we purchased a truck and we are in love with it! Came home to look up reviews on this particular year make/model and the majority of the reviews we read were right on with what the staff at Rightway told us. If you do not completely check out a used vehicle and take it to your own mechanic before purchasing....you cannot blame anyone but yourself for getting a bad car/truck. You need to ask the right questions then back up the answers through research of your own. I have found over the last 3 years dealing with the staff here that they have been nothing but honest and upfront with us. As far as the very high interest rate that someone else mentioned...if you have really bad credit...thats what you will get. They do not finance themselves...they apply to finance companies. We had a very high rate on our first loan as well...this time with a little credit improvement we qualified for a lower rate.

Right Way Automotive will give you a car the only problem is it comes with a 28% interest rate and shifty staff. I have bought two vehicles there, the first I paid cash for. It left me stranded three hours from home a month after I bought it. The second was nothing but trouble from day 4. I put about 400 in parts into the car. I also put $2,000 down and paid $300 a month. I went to pay the car off early and when I asked what I was owed the told me it was $175 more than my original purchase price!!! I had to resign my contract 3 times when I bought the car.......someone change the paperwork when I asked the office clerk (Amber I believe) what was going on she simply told me that I shouldnt trust anyone in the car business and scoffed. Needless to say I no longer have the vehicle. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEIVES WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WORKING CLASS PEOPLE, I have reported them to the BBB. Bad people dont buy from them.

I came to Rightway Automotive after seeing a vehicle on their website that met all the checks on my list. I was so surpised to meet a group of people who treated me with respect. No one treated me like a stereotypical "car salesman"....the entire staff was helpful and friendly. It was my first time buying a vehicle by myself, so I was extremely nervous. I was never pressured into anything I did not want to purchase. They were fair and sent me home in the vehicle that I truly wanted. The price was fair, the vehicle was in mint condition and they had no problem when I came back with questions about the vehicle and were more than willing to help me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fresh start. You will get honesty and respect. I would certainly buy from this group again.

I recently Purchased a Vehicle from here, from Day 1 I have had Problems they have I admit tried to fix the Vehicle but they always saw when I go there we want to make it Right but in turn you never hear back from them. I was there on Tuesday to speak with the Owner Jenn and she had just left, her Employees stated. When I spoke to her prior to that date we had discussed about me getting another Vehicle and she would get in touch with me! Well I have never heard from her, the Staff when you call apparently Screens her calls you can leave her a Voice Message and she doesnt acknowledge that either. So Welcome to the World of this new Dealership in Lake City you have been Screwed, Blue and Tattooed on Highway 90.

Worst place to get a vehicle. These people dont care about your struggles and actually wanting to work with you. All they care about is getting their money. They took advantage of me. 400$ a month for a 08 that had MANY PROBLEMS and still would not fix it even tho they knew about it to begin with. At first they are nice but trust me when I say these people will take your car for the most ridiculous reasons. I wouldnt recommend this place. They will want money every week and find every reason to repo your car. This place has been the worst nightmare and actually glad I am not with them anymore. All I can say is watch yourself they will take advantage. These people get their money regardless.

I got a truck from them since December 2016 was making payments until one day I was at work they repo my truck! I was one payment behind I made arrangements to pay $450 to get ahead on my payments they sold my truck without me knowing i had to pay inventory fee to the repo man $45. Anyone that gets a 2006 Chevy Colorado they will screw you out of money cause they bought back for $5500 dont get anything from them. Everything Im saying is true cause I wont give out such information like this, but I was truly done wrong. Buyer Beware!!! Seriously dont buy from them at all.

I got a 2010 dodge journey from there about a year ago i put in 2000 dollars of work in to it already and its still having problems so trust when i say go some where else and if u do decide on getting a car from here ask for a carfax report i wish i would have i did one after i bought the car and found out that 4 pepole own the car before me so please do your self a favor ask for a carfax report be for u decide to buy anything

Unbelievable. ... had my Buick century less than two yrs. Told today after having the car in the shop at least five times since purchasing the engine will have to be pulled to see what is going on with the car. We dont even have a milage count in it when purchased . Crazy never again.car should never been on lot .
