Well to start, I found that the employees, unlike other car dealerships, didnt strong arm me. I found that the selection was vast and of good quality. They made the whole process quit enjoyable. The two employees that I dealt with most was Scott, from the Fort Lauderdale store. He was very informative and had excellent knowledge of the entire process. Then there was Matt, who finished up the process and got me in my car. He was excellent, very personable and eager to help in any way he could, even willing to stay open 30 minutes longer if I wasnt able to make it by 7. Although I did make it earlier. He went as far as offering me a softer chair to sit in, knowing I had just worked 10 hours prior to coming there. I recommend this company for anyone with Bad Credit as long as you can prove your income, you will leave with a vehicle of your choice. If you decide to go with this company after reading my review, please feel free to say that I referred you. Thanks and have a great day.

I visited numerous car lots last year this time and DT in Bradenton was the only place that offered the quality of pre-owned cars that met my standards at an affordable rate. I did a trade in on a POS and they didnt laugh at all..in fact offered waaaaay more than i could have imagined. I have had my Hundai Santa Fe for almost 1 year and am still in love with it. The payments are affordable, the car is in excellent condition and the customer service are great english speaking people that clearly understand what is trying to be accomplished. I have finally convinced my husband to take the same step and is is overly excited. Evan assisted us and I am going back to him again. If you need to...feel free to refer me if your going for yours at any DT.....hehehehe

Terrible car and terrible second experience. Last time i will ever deal with DriveTime. Sold me a broke car that has been in the shop more than in my possession. All i get is " you can reimbursed up to five day for a car rental". like money grows on trees. Car has bad brakes, bad air bag, bad motor mounts and bad Radio that is connected somehow to the blinkers and cruise control in which they will not fix any of it. According to their recording on the phone when on hold " all of their cars are vigorously inspected. Obviously not. All i can think of right now is Lawyer Lawyer Lawyer! their is such thing known as " the lemon law" Thanks DriveTime for the great car! Maybe consider getting all of your techs re-certified {ASE}.

So we came in to Drive Time in Bradenton Fl. thinking it was gonna be a pain to try to get a new vehicle because we had a bad experience the last time we tried but I was so surprised and impressed by our sales associate Kevin Kennedy. He was so nice and helpful and made everything so smooth. He made sure that we were comfortable and that we are happy customers. I am so happy because we actually got a van we love!!! This is our second time getting a vehicle from here and we will definitely be back!! Im so happy and couldnt be more happy with everything! I worked with Carlos and Joe on finding a car and it was a great experience. This was my first time purchasing a car and I had convinced myself that there was no way I would be approved for anything and I was able to leave in a car that night. Carlos really listened to what I was saying and I never felt like he was pushing me into something that I wasnt comfortable. They have a great selection of well maintained cars with great mileage, year, make and model options at great price points. Ive already recommended them to a few coworkers and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Buyer beware ~ I successfully paid off a 5 year loan with them on a car that broke down every 3-4 months for the first 2 1/2 years. I knew the tow guy on a first name basis. I basically rebuilt the car from the inside out. I paid over 30k (loan & repairs) on a car thats value was under 7k when purchased. Yes, I knew I was getting fleeced on apr when I bought it but the repairs they refused to help pay for that were in warranty was unexpected. Make sure you bring a mechanic with you before you sign. Drivetime prays on people with unestablished credit. Find a co-signer or save... good luck!

Absolutely awful. Got lied to right from the day I got a car through these scumbags. Originally I was told I could pay to swap my vehicle to something bigger, then they try to rope me in to a whole brand new sale to keep their stats up, and wont even let me swap like they advertise. And then Evan proceeded to tell me if I didnt like it I can just bring it back and cancel. Absolute unprofessional bullshit. Got lied to about price. Im putting drive time on BLAST everywhere until they fix it. I will never reccommend this rip off to anyone ever again.

Carlos vazquez lopez helped me even with my bad credit get into a very nice affordable honda civic.. they were extremely helpful friendly and did everything they could to get me into the car i wanted!!! Without these guys id still be car less!! I highly recommend carlos and this establishment in general if u are looking for a affordable used vehicle and have credit issues!! HATE IT! Sales man knew I was desperate for a car (I have a handicap) and he told me to lie on my application for how much I pay for rent. I was paying 1,500 a month and he told me to put down 500 a month...I should not have done it. Now I paid all this money and repair and could not keep up on payments! They took the car and now they call me telling me I will have a felony against me!!! Bad Place to go and sales men are slime!

It is like any used car buying, you need to do your homework and due diligence. Personally one of the best vehicle buying experiences ever!! Great job Drive Time!.I have purchased from large dealerships and have had much worse experiences. what I really liked was the warranty and free oil changes at any Sears nation wide for 3 years. Michelle was sales person and she definitely made the experience smooth and simple. Thanks So Much!
