Every time I take my 2006 Audi A4 there its a guessing game. The coils went several times, which was a recall, but they would not replace them all at once. I had to be stranded for each coil before they would fix it. Most of the time when I take it in for anything they tell me the computer is not showing that theres anything wrong. I basically asked right out one time if they could use their brains and try to figure out what it could be. After all, they are mechanics and work exclusively on these cars. I recently had my car there AGAIN. This time my car stalled and the battery light came on for a couple of seconds. It would keep starting again but stall when I tried to back up. Had to be towed to Knopf. After $1,500 worth of work they said they "thought" they they fixed it. It happened again two months later. I took it in again. They changed the crank shaft sensor for free because they didnt know if that was the problem. They had their guy drive it around for three to four days to make sure the problem was "fixed." On my way home from picking it up after a week, I go to turn the heat off and realize none of the buttons on my heater control panel are working, which was working fine when I dropped the car off. I call and they tell me to come right back. They look at the car while I wait and tell me "its just not functioning anymore and will cost $850 to be fixed." I told them not to fix it because I was so mad and am at my witts end with this car. The very next day the car stalls and the battery light comes on again (same problem!). So my car goes back the next day. They had it for almost a week again and cant find anything wrong so they dont do anything to it. So I left with a ticking time bomb that can leave me stranded at any time. I took my car to L & T Enterprises and had the heater control panel fixed for $325, which shows how overpriced Audi is. I was stewing about having to fix something that wasnt broken when I dropped it off and called Audi of America, which called Knopf on my behalf. They said they wouldnt reimburse me the $350 for the heater control panel to be fixed because they did the diagnostic for free (what???) and gave me a free crank shaft sensor. Wow!! By the way, L & T had a couple of suggestions right away as to what the stalling problem may be, so I may be having them look at it. If not, Im getting a brand new Subaru Legacy, which I was extremely impressed with when I took it for a test drive. It was great quality and will be much cheaper to fix in the future. I definitely would have gone somewhere else for service but unfortunately there are no other Audi dealers close by. This is my first high end car and its by far the worst car Ive ever had. Ive been towed more times than I can count. In fact, AAA told me I have no more tows left this year. If you have an Audi take it to L & T Enterprises to be fixed.

These guys are awesome. I worked with Donato and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We were searching for a car and the GLC caught our eye. They didnt have the exact one we wanted but they went as far as getting it for us from another dealer in a different state. They made a lot of promises and I was skeptical at first, but they delivered on every single thing they told me. All the staff were friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. Donato took us for a ride and knew every detail and feature of the car. He wasnt pushy at all and we were instantly comfortable with him. We were between a black or white exterior but wanted black leather. They only had the car in white with beige and we wanted to see the car in white or black with black interior so we went to another dealer in NJ who had both colors we wanted. We could have bought it from the other dealer and drove it home the same day but we decided to work with knopf and wait for the car to be shipped because we felt more comfortable with them (see my review on the other dealer). We literally ran away from the other dealer, they were horrible! We put a deposit down to get our car shipped. It arrived in a few days. The process to sign the paperwork was super fast and everything was ready when we arrived. Donato answered all my questions about the details of the sale. The finance manager was also extremely polite and courteous. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car and the price of the vehicle was reasonable as well. I think they gave me a good deal, but even if I slightly over paid I wouldnt mind because they were so attentive and courteous. Ive been raving about them to my colleagues at work. This is the place to buy a Mercedes if you are in the market. I cant say enough good things about them. Dont waste time at other dealers and if you are in another state ie NJ drive over to this dealer it will be worth it.

Had a serious family emergency going on and needed to get my car serviced quickly so I could return to what was most important....but needed to be able to get there. I had a leak in a tire and it was the valve stem. Told the service guy I wanted to replace the valve stem in the tire that was leaking. 30 minutes later he comes back and says the tire took air and is not leaking......Did you replace it like I asked? No it took air. Im aware it takes air but it leaks out as I drive I asked you to replace the valve stem. Gave me attitude saying it would take time and they would need to tank the tire to see if it was really leaking. HELLO I told you exactly what I wanted done and your not doing it, your telling me its too much work?? I may be young but I know a lot about cars, especially the ones I drive on a daily basis. I dont think they liked having someone younger than them telling them exactly what to do which caused them to have an attitude....but it happens when you know exactly what you want done to your car. So got it done the way I wanted it free of charge. Get into my car, the pressure in that tire is way too low and the light is on. Just left and filled it at the gas station. Never going back. They cant follow simple instructions. Replace the valve stem! IDC what the cost is I am asking you to perform this repair on my car. Oh well new dealer it is....much more satisfied now.

I purchased a 2008 Audi TT Convertible and was told vehicle had "run flat tires" (there was no spare tire) and the car was not designed for a spare nor does Audi provide one. It turns out the tires are not "run flats" and I asked them to correct their mistake. In writing, they said the car was sold "as is". This is coming from a store focusing on high performance cars which knew the issue and made a "mistake" selling it that way. Despite my requests to correct their "mistake", they have refused. That is why there are courts to resolve disputes. I look forward to the opportunity of seeing these folks again outside of the dealership. The total lack of concern for safety as well as the absence of a moral compass forced me to look elsewhere for another carand I would suggest you consider the same. I recently heeded my own advice and purchased a 2015 Audi A6 from a dealership located in Willow Grove and found the overall experience distinctly more favorable. In all fairness to Knopf, the salespeople are both knowledgeable and personable but are forced to answer to a management that would forfeit customer safety for relatively modest gains. It is both a poor short term and long term decision but one by which they have apparently profited from. In summary, they have the market in that town but you may well be served better by expanding your options in choosing a dealership.
