No doubt, this was the best experience Ive had buying a car. After about six months of aggressively searching for a BMW E39 5 series, I came across a listing from Paul Sevag Motors for the model I had been looking for. It had the exact features I wanted with a few, unexpected options that just made the car even better. I read the description, looked at all of the photographs, which were quite a lot and checked the price. Being familiar with this model, I knew right away that the description was accurate and that the price was where it should be. With this information and the detailed photographs it didn’t take very long in deciding to buy the car. I called Sunday to make sure the car was still available and then submitted a loan application. Jeff called me on Monday with an approval on financing, we spoke about the car, wired a deposit on Tuesday and flew from Tampa to the Philadelphia airport where Jeff picked up my son and me. We went to their showroom, I drove the car, did the paperwork and was on the road back to FL by noon. It could not have gone smoother. These guys are car guys, which becomes obvious looking through their inventory and for the first time in 25 years I feel like I bought a car from a dealer and not a monthly payment from a bank employee disguised as a car salesman. These guys do it right. The car is great and was exactly how they advertised it. Jeff and Phil were efficient, professional and super accommodating. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I’ll buy my next car from them for sure and highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors.

Paul, Philip, and Jeff had a great inventory of luxury vehicles to choose from when I visited. My father-in-law and uncle, who are longtime customers advised that I should visit. I was shopping for a Cadillac Escalade and to my great shock they had several, all in mint condition and with varying manufacture dates. They literally had an Escalade for every price range. Also, they were very pleasant and extremely easy to work with. Their customer service was incredible. The transaction was easy and pleasant and not at all like working with other dealerships. The following is the perfect example of how they build relationships with their clients that last generations: As I was going through the purchase process, my kids (who I brought along on several visits) and I explained that we wanted to give our new Cadillac to my wife as a Mothers Day surprise. Without hesitating for a second the guys insisted in on delivering the Escalade to my house that Sunday morning. When Mothers Day rolled around Paul pulled up with my new car at the appointed time and he left it in the driveway with a huge gold bow on the hood. It was perfect and made the day and a really special family moment. When I am in the market to replace my next car, I wont hesitate to go to Sevags first because I know I will work with some great guys, find what I am looking for, in perfect condition, and at a very fair price.

Would you buy a car from this man? Yes, I would and have done so, buying every one of my cars since 1990 from Paul Sevag. With the first car I bought, a little Chrysler-Maserati hardtop convertible sports car, Paul became a friend. He always has high-end cars in great condition and often the kind of rare special cars that you seldom find available anywhere else. I frequently drop by to talk a while, then spend some time just looking around to see what new things he has on the floor. Maybe get behind the wheel of one and dream a little. Since I gave the Maserati to my son to take to college, I have bought an Audi, a Cadillac, a Porsche 928, an Acura RL and a Lexus from Paul. But on one recent drop-by visit to Pauls I saw a beautiful black Jaguar XK in the showroom with only 28,000 miles on it. I have always coveted the XKE and this was prettiest Jaguar I had seen since the XKE won my heart in the 1960s while in college. The XKE was always only a dream, but now its gorgeous XK granddaughter is my retirement present to myself. Every car I have ever gotten from Paul has been a wonderful experience. I usually drive the cars for about 4 years or so and pass them on to my son who now has 200,000 miles on the Accura RL. He will be getting the Lexus soon. From the first contact via Autotrader to the follow ups and their incredibly detailed Web site, full of images, they made this out of state purchase incredibly easy! They were friendly, knowledgable and easy to negotiate with while never being pushy or rude. The car was actually even better in person than the highly detailed images and videos they provided. They were very hospitably and friendly when we arrived and through out the entire transaction. I have purchased a lot of cars, and many out of state and this has been one the easiest, most pleasant transactions Ive ever had! The car itself was in immaculate shape, every who has seen it assumes its brand new because its in such perfect shape, even though its a few years old! I have purchased a 1987 Defender 110 from Paul of Paul Sevag Motors and the experience from the very first time I inquired about the vehicle to delivery has been nothing short of exceptional. We heard all the horror stories about buying imports. But the moment Paul showed the paper works, I was sold. EPA, DOT declarations and CBP documents all in place. Oh did I mention that the whole transaction was completed over the phone? Paul made sure I was informed via email, text messages and phone calls. I requested for additional images and video clips showing the vehicle in running condition, they were in my mail inbox the next day. Paul even emailed the images as the vehicle was being loaded in the truck. Now that’s exceeding customer expectation. When you think of honesty and integrity, a used car dealer is not what comes to mind. However, thats exactly what I think of now after recently buying a used car from Paul Sevag Motors. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife, and even though the vehicle was 40 miles from my residence, after speaking with Jeff Sevag, I felt confident that the vehicle was, in fact, as nice as was presented online. Upon arriving at the dealership, they treated my wife and I with great courtesy. The vehicle was ready for test ride and impeccably detailed. I ended up meeting the entire Sevag family, all of which were extremely courteous. We bought the vehicle and are extremely happy with it.
