I leased a car from Concordville Nissan last month and have had nothing but issues throughout the process. This is my third vehicle, first lease, and first time dealing with Concordville. After a ton of storm damage I decided I wanted a new car even though my 2011 Rogue wasnt nearly paid down low enough to buy a new car. Concordville seemed to help me out (after 6-8 hours at the location) by setting me up with a lease with a new white fully-equipped Rogue. They only had two in stock and could/would not transport from another dealership (apparently Rogues are in high demand). They did not tell me I was signing a lease until I sat down in the finance office because I had only wanted to purchase. After talking through the details, I was fine with it and the manager made me feel comfortable in my decision. During my entire day there, they mentioned "filling out the survey with nothing lower than an 8" about 30-40 times. Because I was happy with new vehicle, I was certainly happy to give them a great review. In the weeks following everything was a downward spiral. I live in DE and was only transferring my tags to the new vehicle. I did not get my registration for about 40 days and they could not write me a new temp tag due to it being a different state. They claim this is a common issue with buying in PA and living in DE. My mother also bought in PA 3 days (different dealership) after me and had hers in about 10 days. I called numerous times to get information on my registration and lease info. You would think the bank would start hounding you immediately about your first payment. They kept telling me "its common for this bank to send you the leasing information about 30-40 days after you sign the lease." After about two more weeks I find out that this is the first lease that the majority of the people at the dealership had even done with this bank. I finally reached out to the bank myself and they told me that they had not even received any paperwork from the dealership (this is after my first payment is due). At this point I cant get anyone to give me straight answers. Over one month after signing my lease, I had to go in and sign new paperwork. I was told thats all I needed - to sign a new document in order to get the information sent in. Once I get there - about 15-20 mins from my house, Im told I also need a check because my first payment is due. Then when Im there, Im told my second payment is still due on time (less then two weeks away at this point)! No one seems to know what is going on or take ownership of the situation. My second payment is due in two days and this amazing bank that they spoke so highly of still hasnt cashed my first check or given me information on my account. Be careful signing a lease with this location so that they dont send you to a well known bank. Once you send in your survey it doesnt seem like they care what happens.

...this place is by far the most disappointing dealership I have gone to. Due to my work location and where I live, I have been to multiple Subaru dealerships in the past two years. Concordvilles communication with their customers is poor, and front desk staff (NOT the mechanics) come off as incompetent after two personal experience and a coworkers. A co worker of mine ordered parts from Concordville for his Subaru that he works on by himself. Not only was his order late, they hadnt a clue what he was talking about. As for myself, I had to leave my car there for service to pick it up at the end of the day after work to Philadelphia. First, I made an appointment online, and did not receive any form of confirmation. I called, and they were kind enough to get me in when I wanted. When dropping it off at 8:30am, they did not START working on my car until 3:30pm. I had to call to find out where they were with my car. Then, they addressed a major issue with my car when I got there to take it home, rather than call and recommend a repair. Now, I wanted to get the said repair, which meant I had to leave it there. If they were busy, I would have been more patient, but there was no communication of such. They resolved that problem, and after reading some reviews here, I decided to give them another chance. So I went again to get an oil change and state inspection. They assured me they were not busy that day, and I could leave my car again. They did not start working on my car until 1-2:30. And with dealing with declining a repair that was not necessary, (an additional $2K) they took their time returning my call, and my car was not finished until close to 5 again. Highly disappointing even on the second chance. Ive been to Lancaster County Subaru, and Cherry Hill, NJ Subaru. Both locations have fantastic communication, speed, and desk staff are both prompt and knowledgeable. Never again am I going to go to Concordville. I had been burned once by them, gave a second chance, and was left highly disappointed in them and their service. They dont seem to have the time of day for you unless you have the free time to sit and wait for your car.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from this dealer on December 14th. I with cash and trade (no financing) and was told I would receive a DE Title at the DMV when I presented my bill of sale and all other paperwork. Having never purchased a car in this manner before I took them at their word. Of course DMV needs the PA title, which the dealer had not yet gotten. The dealer sold me a vehicle without transferring the title into their name beforehand, creating massive headaches for me. After calling multiple times and being shooed off and sometimes even outright lied to I finally emailed the General Manager of the Dealer Chuck DeSantis. He responded promptly and told me he was on vacation and would get back Monday. He did not call me, and I made contact with him in the afternoon. He opened with "what do you want me to do here?". This was indicative of our entire conversation from here on out. He simply told me they had done nothing illegal and Id have to deal with the problem. After waiting over a month for any action to be taken they finally got a title. Only nobody called from the dealer to tell me until my salesman (whom is the only person who provided a positive experience) called to notify me that it had been sitting there for "quite a few days". This was supposed to have been over nighted to me as soon it arrived there. After all this trouble, not once was I ever apologized too for the inconvenience. Not once did anyone ever apologize for selling me a vehicle they did not possess the title too. Not once did anyone exhibit any form of passable customer service through this entire process. I may have been at fault for walking out of the dealer without the title, but their handling of the situation after the fact was absolutely awful. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this organization if you at all value customer service after shaking hands with your salesman.
