BUYER BEWARE!!!! Severe irresponsibility and negligence is the name of their game. The only reason I am giving them one star is because you cant give a zero. Like other car dealerships they are your best friend until you sign on the dotted line...then the complete and total incompetence begins...and last for MONTHS. I traded in my car for a 2013 Optima. The car had recently been exchanged by its previous owner so the exterior was very dusty. They assured me that they would do a full body job on it before delivering it to me (I live over an hour away). The day they were supposed to deliver my vehicle, they waited until the last minute (While I sat home waiting for hours thinking they were coming) to tell me that they didnt have anyone who could drive manual and I would have to wait until the next day. The next day, sorry the next evening after I again waited all day, my car arrives and much to my shock and dismay there are 3 people in it who look like they are our cruising in their new car-music blaring and all. I give her the keys to my trade in and as I turn to go into my house she yells, "WAIT, I cant drive stick. No one told me it was stick." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! I then have to spend my time giving her a lesson on how to drive a manual transmission, when I should be in the house helping my kids with homework and making dinner. Oh, but little did I know the fun was just beginning. The next morning I go out to my car to find that there is cracked/chipped paint along the passenger side door and swirl marks all over the car from a very poorly done buff job. I call the dealer and they feign ignorance, "oh, we didnt know. Just bring it back to us and we will paint it." Did I mention I live over an hour away. I now had to drive back to the dealer missing another day of work. By the time I get my car back (a week later!!!!) its sowing like crazy for weeks on end..so it takes me til the thaw to realize that they didnt actually even bother to paint the car as theyd agreed. They simply painted over the chipped paint and did another amateur buff job. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! Today (6 months after buying the car), my car gets towed from in front of my house due to expired registration. WHY? Because the irresponsible negligent folks over at the dealership charged me for a transfer and renewal of my registration, but never bothered to do the latter. Which means unbeknownst to me Ive been driving around with small children for 3 months without registration. WTF???!!! Do you know how dangerous that is?? They then inform me that, "oh, we also overcharged you by $143.97". WHAT? When were you going to tell me that. Never. Just like I would never have learned that you FORGOT TO RENEW my registration until my car was impounded. Wow. SMH.

I have been a customer of KIA for over five years. I purchased my first car brand new off the lot. When my family started to expand, I traded my new KIA in for a used KIA with more room. I have had a good experience with the sales people and never any issues with service as I only bring my car there for an oil change or warranty things until recently. Last year I have an issue with my car that required me to go into the shop on two difference occasions. On the first occasion I was told by the tech that he didnt have "time" to diagnose the problem. Even though I live an hour away from their shop and had an appointment for it to be seen for this particular issue. I should have been given a rental car and asked to come back after it was diagnosed. A few months later I brought the car back for the same issue, they diagnosed it, replaced the part and I was on my way. Just a mere ten months later, I found my self with the same issue. When I brought it back to service I was told that it wasnt covered under warranty this time and that I had to pay out of pocket for the part that was just replace ten months earlier and the labor. After talking to the service guy, they agreed to pay for the part but not the labor. I found this unacceptable, I was in two times earlier for the same issue and the part was replaced just a few months before...It should be replaced for free. When i asked to speak with the service manager, I got a gentlemen who was rude and condescending, he literally laughed at my concerns. When I stated to him that the warranty on the part (12 months or 12000 miles) should be clearly stated to the customer at the time of being fixed, I was told that there are many things I COULD be told but I would need to come in for a few hours to go through them all. WHAT???? is this guy serious? This is the service MANAGER who spoke to me like this. I am appalled at how I was treated and will NEVER take my car to KIA again.

I came into this dealership because there was a 2010 Honda Civic that was attractively priced and just what I wanted. I called in to inquire about the vehicle and was greeted promptly and with professionalism. I entered the dealership on a Saturday around 5:00PM knowing that I would not stay past their closing time of 6PM. This is where it started going downhill. I was greeted by Chris who was curtious but consitently reminded me that they were closing at 6pm and I must hurry, like his dinner date was more important than making a sale. I was than handed off to another sales professional because Chris was working on something else. No big deal. I test drove the car, I liked it. I was also continually reminded of the lifetime powertrain warranty thats included with the car at no cost. Chris meets back up with me, however this time with the repair order that states the vehicle is being sold as-is. On top of that, the warranty is not included on an As-Is vehicle. Ok great, so the price is almost $1,500 more than is advertised. Than Chris starts telling me that the price is actually $3,000 more than what is listed on the website because it says on the site (*All of our newly reduced pre-owned vehicle prices include $3,000 cash or trade down at signing). But he pulls his bullshit sales tatic and "waives" the fee. Chris was a toolbag and insisted he tried to tell me this on the phone. Basically, this is just a dishonest way they can advertise a vehicle online for a low price that is not the actual sale price. In the end, I really wish the dealership and Chris would have been more upfront with me on the phone so I didnt have to waste my time. Overall, will never go back and would never recommend to anyone. Who wants to be lied to?

Ive sent this dealership several customers without asking for anything in return. In fact, I can count 9 people who have bought from them directly from me referring them to go buy a KIA there. So, this week I get another call from a friend asking for car help. Im always that guy. Shes a single mom with good credit, but its not a long amount of credit. She goes in and immediately on a lease, they try to bait and switch her to a used car. Thats something I expect out of Jims Used Car Lot. Then, when she mentions the vehicle Ive already got her secured at a Hyundai dealership, they go back to a lease, but hardball her. They did such a great job at "hardballing" her, this woman with no experience haggling gets them down $130 a month and $900 down on a lease. Great sales practices guys. Car is sold. They tell her she can drive it home. However, they then tell her to come pick it up on Saturday. Only, I come to find out that they changed the damn car from an Elantra to a Forte. What?!?! She comes all the way back on Saturday and tell her she needs a co-signer. She simply asks for her money back and gets an attitude. I had already heard complaints about the dealership, but people were happy with the cars and they were simply going to Value Kia for service. Congrats guys, I will not send a person there again and Ive never asked for anything. On top of that, my friend just drove home a Mazda 6 on lease for $32 more a month, without a co-signer and for the same money down as I type this from a dealership I do deal with consistently. Mazda 6 vs. Kia Forte. $282 a month with $500 down vs. $250 a month with $500 down and Kia needs a co-signer. A company that has to do "buy one get one free" on cars. Laughable.
