Do not pawn your items here!!!! The heavy set (I wouldnt even say gentleman) was Extremely unprofessional when I went to pay on my items. It was my birthday and I wanted to get out my earrings and unbeknownst to me I had an overdue ring in there as well. It was almost the close of business and I had already walked over to the ATM to have enough money to get my earrings out so I did not have enough to get out my ring also. Since I had been patronizing this pawn shop for over a year. I politely asked if I could return to pay on my ring the following day. The heavyset old guy snapped and told me if I couldnt get both then I couldnt get either and told me if I didnt like that then he would scrap my overdue ring. I tried to reason with him. He said he didnt care it was my birthday it was a business. So I left without my jewelry and returned the next day and got all my jewelry out of his shop. He will never get another cent out of me!!! He obviously doesnt care if your a return customer or not. I go where Im appreciated at Capital Pawn.

This new shop owner is a Racist. I use to deal with the old owner a lot but now it is under new management. Went to the store to pay on a ticket and yes my item was late only because I forgot about it remember been dealing with this shop for over 10 years so I kinda built a rapport with them. Go in to get my stuff out and he charges a 20% late fee on top of everything else. So I simple ask when did this come about and old dude snapped. Threw my ID at and told me he was going to bus me in the head with a stick he had. So he runs out with a stick and I grabbed me a stick and was ready for him but when he saw I wasn’t scared he went back behind his bars and started calling me a N**** out loud. Bad business and racist Please don’t deal with him.
