(Update: Owner calls every bad review fake. Nearly all positive reviews are friends/families of employees/owner or fake accounts.) Turned down everything Ive tried to sell them as worthless. Made $900 myself selling on eBay. (Update : owner asked why I gave it one star when I made 900$ selling what he called "worthless" on eBay by myself.) "Maybe because you refused my stuff as worthless so I had to spend a month selling it all myself when I thought you ran a business to do that? Next time take my stuff for half that and maybe you could have sold it and made the money for your own company." Clearly Not an intelligent person or didnt care enough to read the entire thing. Either way it really says a lot about the quality of this man and his business and how much he really listens or even cares about his customers. My advice? Cut out the middle man and sell your things yourself...

My 55 inch tv died suddenly a few days ago. So I went in to de gold and pawn. I really couldnt afford a brand new tv from the major electronic retailers. Sean r helped me he was really nice and very helpful. So I bought a tv at a very reasonable price. I get the tv home and the screen kept blacking out...I called Sean back told him what happened he did bring it back....long story short they felt really bad about it and gave me a better brand new in the box tv and just swapped it out and called it even for the troubles...technically they dont do refunds or exchanges do they could of said thats on you..but they didnt and I walked out a happier customer then when I went in.thats how customer service should be...thanks guys...and especially thanks to Sean r and Peter.. from a happy loyal customer for life!!!!

The worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. Took brand new Troy bilt 2800 psi power washer there for a loan and the guy had the nerve to tell me they only give a 3rd of what they think they could get. Now it retails for 320 at Lowes but I guarantee you that if anyone saw this exact one for 250 there which one u think theyd buy. Hell it still has the dam direction tags n stickers shining bc it only got used for 20 min than put back away. But the guy tries to tell me hed only get 150 for it so could only give me 50. Told him go screw himself n walked out. There website is complete bs dont anyone waist ur time going there bc its not worth it.

This is a terrible place to come to. The sighn says opens at 9 even though times may differ for memorial day its now 10 and noone is here. the site said they open today. There is a lack of organization and the employees are pro hustlers they will not give you half of what your item is worth. Very rude also. Do to ur lack of intent i shall be contacting the better business bureau and action will be taken because this is not right and you should be ashamed. All you guys do is hustle poor people

With the exception of 1 or 2 people the rest of the place is terrible. They treat people like everyone in there smokes crack and is looking to pawn something to get high. Theres even a guy walking around with a pistol. Their pawn loans are okay just the attitude of some of the staff needs work. I wouldnt pawn anything here youd do better on ebay though. Small pawn loans are fine though.

i have been in here 4 times. each time i get a different attitude. today i got the i dont care what you have im not interested attitude. my last experience was a decent one. got what i thought was a fair price. but like i said from day to day, you dont know who you are going to get at the counter.

Dropped by this store a couple of weeks ago looking to sell some GOLD and SILVER . Big Mike was friendly as well as professional. On top of that they paid the highest price for my gold. This was my last stop and thank God I stopped there. Highly recommended!

Terrible eBay seller wasted a whole week of time still have yet to recieve my purchase. Everyone is to blame other then them it seems. First blamed the shipping box then blamed ups and his boss. Just terrible.

Went in to look at TVs. They were reasonably priced and looked good. However, I was in the store about 10-15 minutes, the sales reps just looked at us... Never said "Ill be right with you", or anything.

This pawn shop tells you one thing on the phone, you drive all the way out there for them to tell you something else. Dont trust their judgment over the phone! Needless to say I will not be going back!
