The gentleman I work with when I go in there is awesome!! Younger guy, cashes checks, next time Ill get his name. But he saved me out of a crappy situation and did a solid favor for me. Gotta love somebody who expresses empathy and compassion for customers. Ill be back for any of my pawn shop related needs. :D

So I took my laptop to get an estimate and he said my computer had something wrong with the screen and he wouldnt show me then as he was putting it back in the box he dropped it on the ground and didnt apologize said its fine and gave it back and sent me on my way. I will be reporting this.
