I went to this location reluctantly but in need. I received less then what I asked for but it was expected and reasonable. The item I sold was something I wanted to keep but they gave me a decent option, if when I came back and they still had the item, for buyback. Very shocking! Also the sales rep was courteous and easy to deal with. Definitely a satisfying experience!

I drove a half hour through traffic after I called and when I got there...they locked the doors...10 minutes before six. They close at 6 and told me that on the phone... knowing I was coming. If you are going to run a business, run it according to the hours you advertise that you are open and closed.

Very friendly and understanding staff. Treat you w/ respect and works with you. They are fair and honest and will tell you upfront about the deal. I would not wish upon anyone to go through hardship and have to visit a pawn shop but if you do, I would definitely recommend this place for fair trade.

I had a really nice experience buying one of the many guitars they had. Nicely kept and presented---if you understand Used, Nice, Playable Guitars, this is your place!!! They were low key, patient, and nice to deal with. Im so thrilled I wandered in---I will return!!!

I come into the pawn shop to sell a valued price item of $200.00. They didnt accept it, but has a stash of video games and other garbage to sell. Unkept, unclean but nice location. Staff is unprofessional. Website is misleading. Go elsewhere.

I drove a half hour to get to the shop. I checked online before I left to see what time they closed, website and all other listings said 5pm and I got there a little before 4 and they said were closing now!
