Gonna toss an actual honest review into the mix among these 1 and 5 star reviews that are clearly untrustworthy. This place is very nice as far as area pawn shops go. A very well maintained shop and a beautiful building in the center square. The selection is very good and you can find things you just cant at other pawn shops. Their stock also seems to be well taken care of. The staff is mostly knowledgeable, but the customer service could be much better. There are often several employees on at any given time and I still need to wait to be helped. The prices range from average to slightly overpriced. With their turnaround prices should be lower.

So these guys are doing it right. Professional is the foundation and they build up from it with good attitude and welcoming service. They helped me out with a great deal on a guitar I needed to trade for upgrade. They met me in the middle and did not once attempt to run me over with policy or terms. They heard my needs and helped me get a good setup and also even cashed my work check with no issues. I see no reason why anyone would go anywhere else. This is the go to shop for trades, sales, and great deals on pretty much anything you can think of. Thanks for doing it right.

II went in to sell some jewelry, got a price from a very nice young man, and then went to a jewelry store that purchases gold and another pawn type shop. Easton Exchange gave me twice the price of the other two stores. When I went back I was wondering if they would still give me their original offer. I got their original offer. I couldnt be more pleased with the service and professionalism I received. If you are thinking of selling any jewelry or gold/silver go here and you will not be sorry.

I pawned a ring and had it there for years, had to renew my contract every 6 months, in the end repaid loan and got my ring back, they GIVE YOU A RECEIPT WITH ALL THE INFO ON IT, SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE YOUR AGREEMENT as another mentioned, it is written and signed for so that person lied above in their review, as the paper clearly states the deal. If you lose your receipt that is your problem.

I went in with a piece of jewelry and asked if I can get a loan for xxx amount of money John looked at it and said yes right away, I was very happy they know there stuff I would recommend my friends and other people to go there, they are very fair with you. Best place to go to!!!!

Went today and got my son a ps4 they had it at a very reasonable price abs got three games for a total of 265 when the dumb pawn shop in Bethlehem trying to charge 300 smdh Seth was definitely a huge help! You made my sons birthday a little better

"Dont deal with these guys they are rip offs" I pawed a $4000 bike for $600 and when i went to get it back he had switched it to look like i sold it to him and he sold it before my pawn time was up. Dont trust these guys for nothing.

They explained the price of gold to me and game almost 100% of the melt value! Incredible deal! After I came from other Pawn Shops and Jewelry stores that did nothing but ripped me off, Easton Exchange was a breath of fresh air!

The service was horrible. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and tried to pay way under what my electronics were worth.
