Not happy i switch about 5 months ago from petsupplie plus to petsmart Because their prices on their blue buffalo was considerably cheaper i spend some money on wet and dry food and because its not cheap and blue buffalo never cuts u a break ,you need to do what ever it takes to get a break on prices.However after 5 months petsmart jacked the prices up by 20-30 cents on top of that every flavor has a different price, other stores dont do that.So with that ill be going back to petsupplie plus, wont be back i wont do business with someone that does their customers like this If one company can keep their prices down on their.Dog food and supplies toys ect. So can petsmartDog supplies arent cheap.Now a days people are spoiling their petsmore than ever.But it doesnt mean petsmart needs to take advantage of their customers that already spend a bunch in their store.Im one person so u wont miss me but if other people do the same it all adds up.

I bought a guinea pig from Petsmart and it was the sweetest guinea pig ever and I love him. I took very good care of him always made sure he had food and water. Im home for days after buying him, and I thought he was dead in his cage. But he was still alive and having seizures. He died a few hours later. I called them and asked if they could do anything or get my money back they told me I had to bring the dead animal back, but I already Buried him and now I have Guinea pig or my money back, I get they have policys but they sold me a sick guinea big and now Im heart broken.

They required "current" vaccinations last time I checked. Vaccines are good for AT LEAST 5 to 7 years according to the American Animal Hospital Association (the association that creditials, duh, animal hospitals). With experience with hundreds of dogs going thru our sanctuary Ive never had one requiring shots past puppy shots. Found a local vet who knows that and they have a groomer. :)

Made a special trip to the Niles, Ohio Petsmart for their advertised National Pet Adoption weekend (5/13 - 5/15) and no pets. None. I understand that the adoption organizations are not affiliated with Petsmart and are strictly volunteer, so shame on them!! Its called "commitment" not "convenience"...

Employees are often unhelpful, unfamiliar with their own store, and the products they have/have not in stock. Shelves are often unstoked. And employees seem hesidend to sell what they have.they never know when stock will be replenished. A bad place to shop for pets.

They told me I didnt need to bring my dead fish back and they would replace them and then I get there and they said they needed the dead fish. I had to ask for manager. It all worked out but better training for employees is needed on policy.

you should not ask employees for information on animals they will give you the wrong info, before you buy the pet research about it, they will give you anything for the pet as long as they sell it thats what they are going for

The fish selection was decent, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and the bathrooms were clean. The store has a smell, but thats to be expected at a pet store. Good experience, I will return.

We made a dog grooming appointment weeks ago, arrived early and was told there was no appointment. How difficult is it to have an email confirmation or confirmation number to verify appointments?

I went and bought fiah from there and they all died along with the goldfish i bought for a friend died. The lady i spoke to has no knowledge on fiah i will never by fish there again

I was very unhappy with my time there I got my dogs nails done and once I brought them into the store I was told to take them out because they barked at another dog

Great store, employees are friendly and helpful. The fish are healthly and have a good selection. Pet supplies plus I do not recommend to buy fish there.

Great groomers and they are open 7 days a week. The downside is you are paying for that convenience. This is pricier than going to a local groomer.
