Wasted an hour of my life. I was trying to adopt a kitten with my fiancé. The C.A.P.T. Woman gave us her personal cell. We told her absolutely wanted the kitten and she told us and I quote "we had to much on our plate" BEFORE we put in our application for the kitten.
