Do NOT buy any pets from here. I repeat, DO NOT BUY ANY PETS FROM HERE !!!!! They sold me a puppy and said she had a little cold BUT THE PUPPY WAS REALLY DYING. When I brought the puppy home, she would not eat and rarely move. The shop gave me medication for my new puppy, which she throw up every time I gave it to her. I brought my puppy to the vet within 24hours of receiving her and was informed of the extremity of the her condition. The puppy they sold me was not eating for days and no one at their shop notice, probably because they had multiple dogs in one cage. The vet told me my puppy was severely hydrated, there was blood in her store, her sugar level was extremely low from not eating, and her body temperature was low. After several hours of being admitted to animal emergency care, the puppy was not getting any better. When I called the shop, once again, they tried down playing the severe of it. The shop owner said the vet doesnt know any, when my boyfriend and I clearly see there was something wrong with our new puppy. They vet informed me that it my puppy is not admitted into a 24 hour care hospital, she will not make it through the night. My choices were to either admit my puppy into animal with a approximated bill close to $3,000, euthanize her, or return her to the shop. Until I had to return her (within 48 hours of receiving her). ULTIMATELY, I SPENT OVER A $1,000 FOR MY PUPPY NOT INCLUDING FOOD AND ACCESSORIES FOR MY NEW COMPANION, THEN $600 IN VETS WHICH DID NOT IMPROVE MY PUPPYS CONDITON. Also, there is an old Caucasian man who works there who is just simply rude and plain old disrespect. The shop include him on the emergency contact list when your first receive your puppy you can call if something is wrong. However, he was very degrading when he speaks to you, will hang up on you, and will not answer your call if you called back. I very polite to him when asking him questions, I just he thought they were stupid questions but I am a new dog owner. Since, he was so nasty I brought my boyfriend with me when I returned the puppy. THIS ALL OCCURRED AROUND MAY 1st, 2017.

I have mixed emotions on this place. I went to buy one puppy and go two because I loved the cocker spaniel. after I got home I realized that my one year old was extremely afraid of it and from the shock and crying had an asthma attack I called them to see if I can return one of them which is the cocker spaniel and she said no even to change him for a smaller dog with no luck my other dog a Maltese is in their hands now after getting extremely sick with Pneumonia I took him to the vet because I live over 2 hours from them. after she got some therapy I called them and they agreed to take her in and take care of her but at this point I am just disappointed. Now I have a dog I cant have and a sick one that they have. I just made a bad choice and they are not being helpful at all cause I called them 2 days after having the dog that because of my daughter I cant have the other dog.

I was extremely apprehensive to purchase a puppy from the flea market, but I am so glad we did. People will say whatever they want about any shop that sells puppies, but my Chorkie was as sweet as can be the minute we got him. He shows no signs of a neglected or abused puppy, and he almost always goes potty outside from the day we got him! The woman at the stand is friendly as can be and when we revisited two weeks later, Chase was so happy to see her. She truly takes exceptional care of the puppies. Included was a free vet visit in which we found our puppy was healthy as could be. If I were to buy another puppy, I know where I would go. Thank you for the best pup a family could ask for.

First of all, I want to say that Im not affiliated with Pets Around the World as anything more than a customer. I read these negative reviews and I just dont understand where theyre coming from. Everyone at the shop has always been exceptionally friendly to my wife and I. Theyre friendly, helpful people and they run a clean business. Everytime Im there, someone is cleaning and tending to the dogs. Marsha and Samantha are a couple of sweethearts! Theyve gone above and beyond to help my wife and I. I cant say enough good things about them and their business!

Pets around the world is a mom-and-pop shop that offers exceptional customer service. The owner worked with me and my family to help us find the missing piece to our puzzle. We bought our chocolate lab two weeks ago and could not be happier. She came with a free visit to their vet and no matter how big or small our questions were the people at the shop were more than willing to answer. Im very pleased with the service and our newest family member. If we decide to expand we will definitely be going back to pets around the world!

I had a great experience here. Great customer service. They have a variety of puppies. Very clean facility and all dogs are kept in great condition. I have looked In Dade county where I currently live, Broward county and all throughout Brevard county for an affordable puppy and Pets around the world is where I found my new puppy! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a furry new friend!

The puppy that I got from this place passed way from parvo after a week of having her... we are still so heart broken. But I think what hurts that most is that fact that the woman that works their said it was our fault that out puppy was so sick... disappointed in this womans behavior to the lost of our puppy. BTW this is not a spam... I wish it was so my family and I didnt go through the pain we did.

I love this place because of Marsha and her daughter they found my best friend my one year old Pomeranian lucky I highly recommend this pet store wonderful place best pet store in Melbourne and Florida best prices and all the dogs are healthy. Anyone who thinks this place isnt good is wrong any pet store you go will be nothing like pets around the world this is the only place I would go to buy my pet

After searching for a puppy for the last month we happened to pass this place and stopped in on a whim. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we ended up getting a puggle puppy for a great price. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a four legged friend! FYI our puppy is healthy and as part of the package they include a vet visit.

They are helpful, kind and caring. This business is like a family, they care even after you make the purchase. We got our Pomeranian from here and have never been happier.
