I placed an online order Sunday, August 24, 2014 for next day delivery. I used this company solely based on the positive reviews. I honestly dont know why this company got such great reviews, because thats not the experience I had at all. My mother just got out of the hospital and is bed ridden. I wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. Most flower shops will email you a confirmation of delivery. Around 5:00 yesterday I decided to call since I had not received a delivery confirmation. I spoke to Madeline, the store owner. She told me they do not email delivery confirmations. I asked her if the delivery had been made. I gave her the order # but apparently they cant look it up that way. So I gave my name, my mothers name, my mothers address, my phone and then she was finally able to look it up. She siad the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. I told her he must be mistaken. My mother has a full time care giver there and someone was home, She continued to argue with me, and all but called me a liar. I insisted that there was someone home and finally told her to just cancel the order. She said and I quote " Well attempt another delivery today, would that make you happy?" I was taken a back by her rudeness and asked if she thought that was a proper way to speak to a customer? She put me on hold and then came back and said that the driver had gone to the wrong address and they would deliver the flowers that night.My mother did receive the flowers last night but bottom line is, I can spend $70.00 for an arrangement at any flower shop and not have to put up with outright rudeness and disregard.

After reading the good reviews for the Plant Peddler Flower Shoppe, I ordered the deluxe version of the "Full of Love" bouquet to be sent to my Mom for Mothers Day. What they sent looked terrible! It did not have near the number of flowers it was supposed to have... it had 3 tulips, 3 roses, and 3 carnations with a lot of greenery, and not much of any small flower filler. It also looked like it was thrown together by an amateur. I ordered and had it sent on Thursday before Mothers Day so there would still be a good selection of flowers available. They said the arrangement they delivered must have tipped over in the truck. If thats the case, it should have been taken back to the shop to be fixed before delivery, and that still doesnt explain the lack of flowers. I contacted them, and they were very nice on the phone, and graciously agreed to send out a replacement bouquet (after Mothers Day) that was much better quality. Still not exactly what I ordered, but I understand that sometimes they have to substitute. I do appreciate their effort to make this right, but I was very disappointed that my Mom didnt receive a beautiful bouquet for Mothers Day as planned.

I would not recommend this Florist, I believe they intentionally use OLD flowers! My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day last year that were dying within two days, we called they came out and replaced them so we were fine. However my husband just used them again for Valentines Day and again within two days the roses were folding over, dropping petals and dying. This was a $90 bouquet. My husband called to complained and he was told they may not have the same flowers, what they brought out to replace my bouquet was a smaller shorter vase and the flowers were tiny roses. It wasnt even close to what my husband paid for.

Very disappointed with the customer service at Plant Peddler. We were looking for wedding flowers six weeks away. We went in, met with the owner and she priced our "everything" order. We placed the order three days later but we reduced the quantity because we wanted to stay within our budget. The owner was annoyed that we were spending less and was rude about it. Im not sure why I went ahead and still placed an order there, but was disappointed when one of the wrist corsages broke before the wedding even started. I would not recommend the Plant Peddler.

Ordered flowers today from the Plant Peddler online shopping cart for my wife anniversary. After delivery of the flowers, I noticed they were not the flowers I had ordered. I contacted Plant Peddler and they acknowledge that they had made a mistake. The next day they brought my wife the correct flowers to her work and let her keep the other flowers. This company stands behind customer service. I will not only recommend them but use them again in the future.

My boyfriend spent $150 on flowers for Valentines Day. What was delivered was a hodge-podge bouquet with none of the right flowers (and no equivalent). It was ridiculous. I called the shop owner and she said we had to wait until Monday to get replacement flowers. What was delivered on Monday was still nothing like the picture or worth the money. The worst part is that we never got an apology from anyone. Way to ruin our first Valentines Day together.

Wedding - April 2, 2016 Flowers were so beautiful and presented at both the wedding and reception "just perfectly as expected and requested"...thank you Madeline and staff for all your efforts too make the day most memorable for my daughter and family! I was in town on a work visit and stopped into the Plant Peddler. The owner Madeline and her staff were wonderful. I stayed for over an hour mostly talking and laughing with Madeline. Pure southern hospitality if you ask me. Oh and of course a beautiful selection of flowers and arrangements on top of that. The top notch florist in Rock Hill if you ask me!

I have been doing business with this outstanding florist for over 30 years , special occasions ,funerals & last minute orders do not faze them in the least . As far as I am concerned they are the very best florist in South Carolina. They are thoughtful & caring and always on time ,even when you call a the last moment and say help.

Thanks, Grandma loved the flowers. Called and ordered the Country premium basket, the florist let me know the arrangement is somewhat different than shown online. Found this site after Googling nearby florists. Would use again.

They accepted my order then emailed me the day it was supposed to be delivered to let me know that they dont deliver to Blackstock. Now my mother gets no flowers for Mothers Day. I will not be using or recommending them.
