The best birthday present received this year was a fruit arrangement from Edible Arrangements in Rock Hill, S.C. Not only did the arrangement appear as a work of art, more importantly, it was truly the freshest combination of fruits. Since there are no added preservatives, this store clearly has owners/employees who know the secret of providing the most delicious fruit available in perfect timing. Thank you Edible Arrangements!

I go to the person I sent the gift to expected to have surprised them and to my surprise they never received it. Ruined my attempt at being sweet. I called the next day and they said they tried to deliver it but it was dark and couldnt see and called the receiptiant twice. That was false. Then they wouldnt refund all my money because they "attempted delivery". This was my first and last time using their service.

Such a disappointment! I specifically ordered for my daughters 22nd birthday, which happens to be on Valentines Day. My daughter did NOT receive her berries. Nor did she or I receive a phone call from the store that theres was a problem with getting her order to her. Never again will I order with your store. I was refunded AFTER I called to inquire the following morning. VERY POOR BUSINESS SERVICES!

Never got the order and they only refunded some of what was paid, said they called but did not even with correct phone number and said they stopped at the house, I have a dog that would have barked insanely loud. Your delivery drivers are in need of more training I think. Thanks for nothing*
