GROSSLY INCOMPETENT! This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! If I could give negative stars I would.Luckily I have been dealing with edible arrangements for years so it didnt turn me away from the company; but this particular location, was sub-par to say at the very least. I placed my order earlier that morning to have it delivered to my girlfriends place of work, which is a school. Everyone knows that schools close at 3. I called at 5 to check on the status of my delivery and it was still on the truck. I informed them that the delivery address is a school and should have been delivered by now. The young lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and could careless about my situation. I asked what would be done to rectify the situation and she said they can deliver tomorrow.....that was the wrong answer so I asked if it could be delivered to her place of residence, they could not accommodate me in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I tried to cancel the order and the store representative told me he couldnt until the manager got there tomorrow. So nothing was done to resolve my issue today and the store manager will call in the morning so they said. This has by far been the most terrible experience I have had with the company and I do not recommend this particular location. If you want a stellar edible arrangement, that is fresh, ON-TIME, and the employees will go above and beyond ensuring your customer service experience is nothing less than stellar.....go to edible arrangements in sandhills if youre in the columbia area! First and last time utilizing this particular location.

This was the worst experience.I specifically asked for an Edible Arrangment for Valentines day. The arrangement was delivered after my working hours on Valentines Day. I spoke with the lady at the store and she explained that they would not deliver it to my home that day, but it would be re-delivered to my work the next day. It arrived 15 minutes before I was getting off work on 2/15/13 at 3:15 and the pineapples were brown and dried out looking and some of the chocolate covered strawberries had fallen off of the stick and were just laying in the bottom of the celophane with the chocolate melted and smashed and the strawberries were warm and mushy. This was by far the worst experience of a Valentines Day delivery I have ever had. And it was my first with Edible Arrangement and my last. The arrangement looked nothing like the commerical or ads with fresh fruits. And the customer service was horrible. They would not answer the phone after multiple attempts and when they finally answered my boyfriend was told to hold on and no one ever returned to the phone and they did not try to return the call. This was the worst I am very disappointed. Thanks Edible Arrangements for making my first Valentines Day with my new boyfriend memorable (IN THE WORST WAY)!!!

Horrible experience! Placed an order 2 weeks ago (March 13, 2016) and the intended party STILL has not received their order and today is March 29th. This order was placed to show my condolences to a friend who recently lost her mother. This business refuses to give me my money back!! The manager does not return calls as promised and the assistant manager had the nerve to actually argue with me and Im the customer who is out of $65. This particular store should be shut down for poor business practices. They have given me 3 different stories about who has signed for the arrangement then they told me that the arrangement was scheduled for pick-up on a date that the store was closed. They are filthy liars. BUYER BEWARE!!! These reviews should indicate the integrity of this establishment! I gave this place a 1-star rating because it is impossible to rate them anything less.

These guys are wonderful! I had a mothers day delivery scheduled and the recipient was unexpectedly not home the whole day. Edible arrangement tried multiple times to send the delivery and also called me as well. They really did their best to communicate w/me and ensure delivery. When this could not be done that day. The following day I called and they had already taken the initiative to contact the recipient, remake the order, and send it off! The lady I talked to online was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great job!

Great customer service at this store. The assistant general manager went in early to get my order done for 8AM sharp so that I had time to pick the arrangement up prior to an early meeting. She also worked with me on pricing to get the best arrangement for y money and then worked in an on going promotion. She is new to the store and started there after the previous reviews - Thank you!

I will NEVER use these people again. The delivery was a no show even after explaining to them when it needed to be there. The fruit looks like they were found on the floor of the produce section of WalMart. $75 wasted......Thanks Edible crap.

I picked up one of their boxes in the store for a gift. The strawberries were mushy and bitter, the chocolate was awful and the pineapple was overripe! I threw the whole box away, and will never buy from them again!!!
