If you wanna make sure your flowers get to your loved ones on time please DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS to DE Loache Florist. Here is my own story, I went there this morning to ask why I never get my flowers for Mothers Day ? The lady that I talk to said, I called twice and leave a voice mail that I need a street number. I told her my husband email you couple a times to give the house number. She told me they dont check there email ...So I was like , what? you dnt check your email? And this lady said I called and leave a message said you need to called me back... So my son called Saturday to make sure I got the flowers and he said he talk to a lady and said she got the address and will be deliver tonight May 7, 2016. I never got the flower ( Im very sad i thought my husband forget to send me a flowers, but i guess he just pick the wrong Florist). So I went there May 9, 2016. just to make sure what is going on. I ask the manager and the lady said I can help you so I told her my name and address why I never get the flowers. My husband emailed you couple a time and my son called you Saturday just to make sure you have the street number. This is the lady replyed.... We dnt check our email and Saturday we are to busy we dnt even have time to answer the phone. your son hear only voice mail. My son is 15 years old I think He knows if he talk to a person or just voice mail. I was thinking if the De Loache Florist dnt check the email and cant answer the phone, reason is they are to busy that day. I know my self I need to right this review so a lot of people need to think twice before they order in this florist. As a costumer My husband reply what they need. Emailed and phone calls but they to busy to answer and they dnt check the email. My husband last email is may 6 2016 giving them what they need, but unfortunately they dnt check there email. We did our part as a customer. You as reader to know whos fault it is ? As a mother it is special to get a flowers to your loved ones on Mothers Day. AGAIN IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE HAPPY DNT COUNT DE LOACHE FLORIST!!! THEY DO HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE..DNT MAKE A MISTAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE HAVE.

I placed a order for a gift basket for my Aunts 90th Birthday on "Monday 8/10/15". I asked to have it delivered "Friday" late morning. I never mentioned a date. I ordered a gift basket with daisies for $100. Well, it was never delivered. I called and was told the owner was at lunch. No call back. I called back and apparently there is no owner. The women I spoke to was "in charge"??? She was there when I called but was eating at a near by table. I asked why no call back and her response were that they were slammed. Its a Monday. Right!!. Didnt offer anything except to send it out now. No offer of any type of apology to me or to the recipient. The woman who refused to give her name said there is no owner as the owner died and the courts are figuring out what to do. Right!!! Had to order from a different florist. The family that recommended this florist will no longer be using them. If you want your order delivered I would not use this florist. Not the first time they have done this. There was no need to give a delivery date as it was to be delivered the "Friday" of that same week. I called the shop back and asked for Gail Branham. She came to the phone and verified that was her. The website says Gail Branham is the owner. This is why I posted this. People that lie when in business to cover their mistakes should be really ashamed of themselves. Our best friends were florist and my wife helped them for many years on weekends. I own a very large Restaurant/Bar. Its all about customer service. You need to apologize and offer to do something to make it right. Not lie and sit there eating lunch as a upset customer is on the phone. To top it off I had to call her back.

On Jan 15th, I ordered a plant for a funeral taking place at a funeral home in the Charleston SC area. After checking with the family I discovered the plant was never received. I notified DeLoache & they offered to remedy the situation I was given two options:Credit the transaction back to my cc or Send the family another plant.I opted to have my $$ refunded to my card, I discovered the entire transaction had not been refunded - I was charged for wire fee??!!. After speaking w/ the manager her rationale “Someone had to be charged the wire fee, we couldnt charge the other florist & we werent going pay the fee - so we charged you…at least you got back your delivery fee” –I thought this to be a very poor business decision.

They edited entire sentences out of my personalized message card. Ruined the balance of the message. Admittedly it was Mildly suggestive, but like a PG rating. I would have no problem if they had informed me they didnt want to send it and given me the option to change the message or cancel the order. But they didnt. It was edited and sent without my knowledge. I respect a companys right to not like the way people talk in 2016 but this is poor communication and judgment. Otherwise the flowers were nice and delivered on time. If you want to send G-rated messages at least

I ordered some flowers for my mom for mothers day online since i live out of state. They were pretty.. i thought it was over priced compared to what im use to paying for. But thought maybe its just the area, and things are more pricey there. I order my mom flowers about three times a year every year, and this was my first time ordering for her in a new state. The website is slightly deceiving. The flowers did not look as up to par and missed some of the extras thats supose to be in the deluxe package. They were pretty, but definitely not $60 dollars pretty.

I used De Loache for my wedding flowers and not only were they beautiful and beyond my expectations, they were also very reasonable! They have since become my go-to florist for myself and my family for every occasion. They always exceed my expectations and their customer service is second to none. I now live out of town and can trust that when I order though them, they will provide something beautiful. Thank you De Loache!

Ive always had wonderful experiences buying flowers here. One time, I wanted to get a birthday bouquet for a friend who loved pink, and the people at De Loache went out of their way to help me arrange a beautiful bouquet in my budget on the spot. What cost me $40 looked like it should have cost hundreds. The flowers were also so healthy and fresh they lasted for ages in the vase. I would highly recommend!

I needed a last minute flower arrangement for a friends birthday, and I could not be more pleased with this florist! I ordered the same-day delivery service online, not expecting too much because really I should have been on top of it and ordered them sooner, but they were beautiful and quick! My friend sent me a picture of her flowers a mere few hours later and loved them! Thank you!
