I walked into the store and I was on my phone. When I decided that I was ready, I told the person I was speaking with to hold on, put my phone down and then preceded to get the attention of the male store clerk. He then told me that he would wait until I was done with my call. I explained to him that I was not on my phone and that I had a question. He told me that he was not going to help me yet because he would have questions to ask and I was going to pick up my phone. I had no intentions on getting back on my phone, my purpose of being there was to get a stone replaced in my ring that was purchased from Kays. I decided that I no longer wanted to deal with him and asked for the number to the corporate office. He then became upset that I wanted to contact corporate to tell how I was treated. Another clerk came up as I was dialing the number to corporate and preceded to ask me a question, stopped herself and said "oh, shes on the phone." Once again I turned to her and informed her that I was NOT on my phone, I was dialing the number to the corporate office. He then asked me to leave the store, but this was only after I asked for the number to the corporate office. The clerk would NOT provide me with his name and was very rude. I am a long time customer and buy ALL of my jewelry from there but I wont anymore.

KAY JEWLERS POSNER PARK WILL SCAM YOU. I bought a gold wedding band from a different Kays and I bought the warranty for resizing. I had it resized at the Kays in the outlet mall and no issues. Then I had it resized again at Posner Park Kays and they told me it was a charge. He argued with me saying he would make an make an exception and resize it for $15 as a major discount. I reluctantly paid him. Then I called the outlets Kays and was told that I was scammed and I did not need to pay. The managers and employees at Posner Park Kay Jewlers are incompetent. TRUST ME do not get your jewelry from here.

This location is horrible. Unless you are a size 5 or 6 in ring size they wont have what you need. I went to have a ring repaired here because the diamond had fallen out. They just gave me a new one of the same kind. When I got home and tried it on, it was a completely different size and much too small. Now I have to go back and have it resized. I will not be taking it to this location.

NEVER A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE... you think that with a name like "KAYS" that they would make sure things are done as promised, but that has never been the case... sent a ring to get re dipped in white gold and 10 days after the promised date, now they cant find my ring and the shop who "did" the work "thinks" its been shipped... Kays is a TERRIBLE company...

I paid almost 700 to get 3 chains made into ankle bracelets and regular bracelets and 1 chain fixed. Ok no problem need it for a wedding. Get the my jewlary back 3 bracelets are to big, the clips are not holding bring it back they tell me its going to cost another 400. Are you kidding me I even brought the receipts in with the right sizing and everything.

Rip off!! Stopped in while shopping at Posner Park...Asked about replacing a watch battery...Rude woman on duty told me it would be $19.99. Are you kidding me?? Went to another jewelry store when I had time and paid the normal price for a battery replacement of $8.00.

Always have great service. Unless you have small fingers every ring has to be resized and if you get the insurance plan there isnt an extra charge.
