if youre looking for exceptional customer service, and an awesome deal. I highly recommend Shieban Jewlers. I purchased my engagement ring from Chris. Chris hit a home run with his customer service. I walked in knowing little about diamonds and what to look for. He took a good amount of time out of his afternoon to sit and really teach me what I needed to know to pick the perfect diamond. He taught me about the 4 Cs so I was able to determine what was important to me in selecting a stone. He showed me many diamonds not hesitating once to pull another out for me to compare one another. Knowing that I was just browsing to get an idea of what to look for in the next couple of months he talked to me until I was ready to leave which was what really made me comfortable and from there on I knew that i was purchasing a ring today. Previously in the week I stopped into another jewelry store (competitor) in the surrounding area, to get feel on prices to compare.She brought me into one of their back offices for a few minutes took all my information asked me what I was looking for. After telling them what my fiancé wanted. They kept insisting on bringing out different rings and styles trying to get me to change my mind. Keep in mind My fiancé just wanted a nice sized diamond with a solitaire band. They brought a ring out that caught my attention and I said this is nice. And immediately they starting talking about the price. I had casually stated that I was just browsing and I wasnt planing on purchasing today. Pretty much immediately they packed up the rings, shook my hand and asked if I would like them to call me closer to the time that I was planning on purchasing. I felt like a transaction. There was no personalization to the service. I left there feeling like I was just another sale. Notch in the belt. But at Shieban Jewlers that was not the case. Chris made me feel like I was the only person buying a engagement ring in the year 2015 Not once did I feel like I was just another sale for the day. Thank you to Chris and the staff at your location for making that big step in my life a lasting memory. You made a new life long customer

Hands down, the best customer service experience of my life. Combined with their quality, it doesnt get any better! Pros: Customer service, quality work, attention to detail. Cons: None. We have been to Sheiban Jewelers several times trying to decide on an engagement ring setting and wedding bands. Considering how picky I am (a mild understatement), we ended up customizing the rings.... both the engagement ring and the wedding band. Every detail and request was captured (which was a very lengthy list!), and the results are amazing! Not only are both rings absolutely stunning and impeccable .... the process of working with their team was flawless. The quality of work (thank you, Tony!), and attention to detail, surpassed even MY expectations! We are grateful for the enormous amount of time they spent with us through this decision process (thank you, Jason!), and their patience and quality is truly appreciated! Hands down the best experience Ive ever had and can ever imagine having at Sheibans! Its been over four years now when I started looking for an engagement ring and I was treated horribly at a variety of different jewelers. A friend of my now wife told me about Sheibans and I am grateful that she did. Not only have I bought the engagement ring and wedding band from Sheibans, but Ive gone back many times for other purchases. They are the only jewelry store that I would recommend. Mr. Sheiban is the sweetest man that you will ever meet and he really does treat you like family. Jason and Chris are following in their fathers footsteps and always greet you with a smile, a handshake and heck sometimes even a hug. And then there is the angel Renee (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly)! The whole staff is patient when it comes to working with you and figuring out what works best and what you want and they are extremely accommodating! Stop reading this and go there now!

My husband purchased my Verragio engagement ring from Sheiban Jewelers and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!! When it was time to pick out my wedding band we knew we had to go back. Jason, Mr. Sheiban & Renee spent endless hours helping design a custom made wedding band because my fingers are super tiny (3 3/4 ring size). They would send me CAD images of my wedding band, also made by Verragio, and continued to do so until I approved of the design. Once the ring was finished they made sure to size it perfectly for my finger and I couldnt be happier. Their countless hours of work and phenomenal customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend going to Sheiban Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs!!

Wanted to highlight the amazing service we received from Jason and the Sheiban Jewelers team. My wife and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and in the process of searching for a new wedding ring had the opportunity to visit multiple jewelers. Our last stop was to Sheiban where we were blown away by the staff and specifically Jason who insisted on bringing in multiple settings for my wife to try on. Within 72 hours Jason secured four incremental settings, in addition to their existing inventory, and my wife found the "perfect" ring. Throughout the process Sheiban did a terrific job in listening to her needs and with a very comfortable approach, find her the perfect 25th anniversary gift. I highly recommend Sheiban, Jason, and the entire team.

As an avid fan of the Rolex Submariner, I stopped in today to look at Sheibans collection of Submariners to help keep me motivatived to reach my goal of one day owning the most iconic, beautiful watches ever produced. Even with being up front that I am a couple of close years away from being able to make the move, Bernie and Chris were absolutely phenomenal with showing me their Rolexs in stock and providing me with as much time as I needed....even though they knew I wasnt going to buy. These people are the true definition of a great sales team.
