Wish I could give a zero! Kays and Diamond Couture was packed. This store was empty. It was right before Christmas so we tried this empty store. Two employes were there and both looked at each other as if they didnt want to help us. A 3rd came from back and walked right by us. One girl decided to "help". She gave no advice and didnt clearly answer any questions. Just stood there staring. I looked at a cheaper ring and she said "those arent up to par with rings you have been looking at". Then she told the other sales lady, as walking off, "I have to use the phone". Other lady said "guess Im helping yall for now". Ran our credit and said "we will let you know in 6-8 weeks". That means we are not approved obviously or she would have shown us more rings. She left us standing at the counter & turned her head and started working on something else. Guess that means we should leave! Anyways we left. Bought an expensive ring at Diamond Couture 5minutes later. Now I know why this store was empty! Probably will be out of business soon considering the reviews I can see on here. ZERO STARS!

Got my engagement ring resized to a larger size here.. It came back in the time they estimated, but two days later my diamond fell out. ** Update: Zales gave me the run around when I asked them to fix the diamond. I was finally told a manager would call me back with a decision and they never called. Now, the area where the ring was resized is damaged. It has little marks where the "silver" is coming off. They had my ring longer than I have had it. I do not wear the ring to work for fear of damaging it. I work 5-6 days a week for 8hour+ shifts.....that doesnt leave a lot of time for my ring to be damaged by normal wear and tear. It stays in my jewelry box otherwise. I was warned too late about Sales. They all ready had my ring when I received stories from friends and relatives of their shoddy work. Sadly, I found out the hard way just how little they care for peoples property.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. My fiancée bought a ring here we went to have it sized and they said we would have it back in 2 weeks, a month and a half later after calling and being lied to we found out they never sent it out to be sized. We are still waiting on it tl come back and its been yet another week since they have sent it out. I will never shop here again or send anyone to this place. They were also very rude if you werent the one who purchased the item or have the claim ticket for the item. I will go to Kay from now on!

Rude not helpful and they lied about when I would get my ring and necklace back. I will not be going back ever noone go maybe they can get this store out of the mall
