Horrible. I have to admit I wasnt expecting a good experience. My 6 month inspections on my diamond anniversary ring and diamond earrings takes place every December and June. In order for the guarantee to stay in effect for full replacement, I have to have these pieces inspected every six months. I now dread this. In December we had the inspections at Coconut Point and left there so angry, we vowed to never go into that store again. Little did I know the sales staff is very much the same here in Bell Towers. Its very evident once the staff determines youre not intending to purchase the "helpfulness" leaves their demeanor. In both instances we were passed off to a second person. The second person(s) had no interest in helping us and continue to overtalk me while I was trying to explain my situation. When I brought it to the attention of the salesman at Bell Towers that he is doing exactly what the salesperson at Coconut Point did - overtalk me and not LISTEN to what I was saying....he immediately shut up and did not say another word to me - including apologize, or ask me to finish what I was saying. At Coconut Point they told me I didnt need to bring my paperwork anymore it would be in the computer. Nope. Some of my information was in the computer, but lo and behold not my anniversary ring (purchased in 2011) which had been in the records every six months previously. I am very upset. If I hadnt had my records, would they have honored their guarantee? I had two loose stones (they say) so I had to leave my ring for a few hours. (Originally, they said I would have to come back the next day). When I picked up the ring I asked for a copy of the repair ticket. His answer, "What for?" I replied, "For my records." He said, "We have everything in the computer". HAHAHA. I said nothing else. He made me a photocopy and I left there dreading my next inspection in December. WONT BUY ANOTHER THING FROM JARED. I dont trust them and their service stinks.

I had such a great experience at Jared! My husband and I drove to this Jared from Naples because they are the only Jared in my area that sells a specific kind of watch Ive wanted called a Michele Watch. Upon arriving I was greeted by the friendly staff with big smiles..they were so helpful. An employee named Eli helped us. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Come to find out they not only didnt sell the watch that I wanted but Michele Watches didnt even make that watch anymore! I was devastated since Ive been wanting this particular watch for about 10 years. Eli was ON IT! He contacted the special orders department, who then contacted Michele Watches and they had my watch specially made just for me. Eli told me that it could take up to 3 months for me to receive my watch since it was SUCH a "special order." Hearing this was kind of a bummer since I was really excited to receive it. Less than a month goes by and I receive a call from Eli just letting me know the status of my order. He was so understanding and helpful and gave me a time frame of about 85 days. Eli really went the extra mile for me...he didnt have to call me but he knew how excited I was to receive my watch and I felt like he actually did care about my order. It was also nice to know that he was looking out for my order considering it was a purchase over $2,000. I only waited for my watch for a little over a month before getting a call that it came in!!! I was sad to know that Eli wasnt working that day, as I wanted to THANK him for really going above and beyond for me. Thanks Eli and the Entire staff at Jared Bell Tower, A job well done!

This has been one of the worst experiences. 7 months ago I walked in to start the process of custom designing a ring. It took 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my fiance and I. Once we got the process started it seemed to go smooth. I called several times and was told someone would get back to me, however i never heard anything back. After 3 months I received an email stating my ring was complete and to come pick it up ( even though I was never given pictures to approve). When I got there I was told that the pictures never came in but they could show me the cast. The cast was an exact replica of the ring they sell for 1/2 the price of what I paid. I told the man that was helping me that it was nothing like what I ordered and showed him the paperwork. He assured me he would get it fixed. Another three months went by before I heard anything again. Again no pictures came in but they had the cast for me to approve. I was told I would hear back in a couple weeks. I never heard anything and even called the store. A woman answered and told me everyone was busy so someone would call me back in thirty minutes. That was 5 days ago. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I regret chosing Jareds to create my fiances wedding band.

DESERVES NO STARS! You would think after getting negative reviews they would do something about thier rude staff. My husband and I purchased several items from Jared sover the years and when we moved here we thought it was convenient they were so close. The last two times I was in here trying to get my 46,000.00 wedding set cleaned and checked they were rude and just couldnt be bothered. I was even looking for a graduation gift for my 17 year old daughter. The lady that was waiting on me couldnt find our name in thier system and said there was no way my husband and I purchased my rings at Jared. Then I asked if maybe the manager or someone else could take a quick look and she said I already told you its not in the computer. Well guess what - the other employee who was embarrassed at her behavior helps me and a miracle occurred because she found it under my husbands name WITH THE SAME PAPERS we gave the rude lady. She said the papers had all the correct informations needed. The 2nd employee apologized,had my rings cleaned, and needless to say we DID NOT and WILL NOT ever purchase ANYTHING from this location again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

My mother bought my daughter for her 16th Birthday a real nice sterling silver open heart ring, back in November. I noticed when she was wearing the ring it looked really dirty, well it was badly pitted, so we took the ring back to Jareds to have them look at it, and the Lady who waited on my mother and daughter, WASNT very nice, and accused my daughter of having her hands in strong Chemicals, or been in a hot tub ,which we dont own, and as for chemicals the strongest may have been antibacterial soap, the lady waiting on them acted as if she didnt believe my daughter and was rude, they are going to take care of the ring, but you could tell they werent real happy about it! They wont have to worry about seeing any of my family again, because we WONT be going back! ps. The manager was Terribly rude as well!!!!!!
