I absolutely love this place. When my family and I are in Cleveland we try to stop in just to see what they have on the shelves. The people here are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to quality jewelry and repairing watches. Ive even sold a few pieces of old jewelry that I never wear anymore here. I feel that they have always been fair with pricing whether they are buying or selling an item. Beautiful jewelry on display along with some great collectibles and old memorabilia, its well worth a look if you have the time.

A lifetime customer for many reasons. Great value, selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner goes through great lengths to make his customers happy. I bought my wifes weddings rings here which he helped me customize and she just loves them. He managed the entire process better than expected and no we wont shop elsewhere.

Awesome and efficient and most of all Reasonably Priced!! I took in about 11 watches that needed new batteries. I called around to other local area jewelers and was quoted $8-10 per watch!! I paid about $60 for all 11 at Emerald City. Will definitely be back. They also had an awesome showcase of gorgeous jewelry items. Thank You!

I like how they get the rings resize in a day me I have a 10 k yellow gold engagement ring that was a 7 and it had to go up a size in a half
