What im about to say is No news to many people in Naples Fl. USA , Canada and almost from all over the world we know few of them personal ,Thy are coming for vacations , visiting family ,business trips spring break or for very special occasions thy hear from others what a wonderful experense thy have in Provident Jewelry . Yes most of us like to fell special so we love to go where will be getting that kind of service .Provident Jewelry enployess are very professional and same time thy treat every costumer welcome with respect and smile , very helpful with no pressure . People came to purchase gems diamonts or precious stones for special occasions, gifts or investment .Provident Jewelry ceried items that is hard to find any other place , so it is excellent place to shop or just go to see for you self never know what you can find there that you my like .Good luck you wont be sorry ...

My fiancee and I found Provident through an online search and because of their stellar online reputation, we decided to check it out. We went in looking for our wedding bands. The staff here is very friendly and inviting. We went to the other two Provident locations, and this one is by far the best when it comes to selection of product and customer service! The personable staff is what makes it so easy to shop and find the piece of jewelry youre looking for. Linda helped us in our search and we both found our wedding bands in the estate selection. With minimal modifications (sizing and slight customization) we purchasing both of our wedding bands. We couldnt be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend the Provident Jewelry, Fort Myers location, when searching for jewelry. They also have a great selection of Breitling watches as well. Ill be back for one of those.

I went to Provident Jewlery after visting many, many jewlers including the best known and famous ones . I found an exceptaional diamond for my wife, at a fantastic price. I had the diamond appraised by an independent appraiser and as it turns out, the diamond is worth considerably more than I paid at Provident. I literally saved money by shopping at Provident ..Superb servce, no high pressure, they listen closely to your wants and needs. Provident offers quality products,great customer service and excellent value. They guarantee their prodcuts and really cared about meeting my needs and budget . I send family and friends to Provident Jewlery and recommned them ;save time and gas go to Provident first..

These people are absolute scum. My husband and I went to Provident to sell my old engagement ring which had a 1 1/2 carat round center stone. The salesman would not give us a price. Instead he asked how much we wanted for it and what we thought it was worth. My husband jokingly said at least a thousand dollars. We knew it was worth several thousand dollars. The salesman then told us he would pay us just a little over a thousand dollars. We walked out and sold the ring for 5,500 at another jewelry store. This place is truly the bottom of the barrel when their staff wont even make a decent offer, but instead try to prey on peoples ignorance and rip them off. We will never step foot in this place again! BEWARE.

Unfortunately Provident Jewelers uses a dishonest and unethical marketing tactic, like a bait & switch to attract you into the store. But the truth is they will not even give you a price! They want you to give them the price you want! They advertise “Provident Jewelry has top professionals to correctly evaluate & appraise your valuables.” They advertise “within minutes of arriving at one of the seven locations with jewelry, art or collectibles you can walk away with cash or check.” They advertise they sell/trade/cosign. They have actual customers stating they received more than what other jewelers offered them. These are all evidently lies. Please BEWARE of these unethical tactics to prey on people.

A Perfect Fit I asked Aaron at Provident Jewelers to help me find the perfect diamond to build a unique and custom ring. I was looking for a heart shaped diamond that could be mounted in a Claddagh ring. He informed me that it may take some time locating the perfect diamond for this project. Less than a week later I received the call that he had located the perfect diamond. He had to build a custom mount for the diamond and the ring came out beautifully. The ring was the perfect engagement choice for my Irish wife of 8 years. I would highly recommend Provident Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.

I have been a Fort Myers resident for almost 30 years. I do try to patronize local businesses, but I have never been to the store. The main reason I have never gone there is the spokesmans (probably the owner) appearance and behavior in your TV commercials. Perhaps he was ill, but he did not present an upscale, honest impression. I have seen that recently he seems to be doing better, so I checked the website. Here I have to say that having 34 glowing wonderful similarly written compliments with only 1 or 2 less than perfect scores does make me suspicious. Sorry, I will not be shopping here.

We purchased a ring from them in April 2010 for $4876.00. I had problems with the ring, diamonds were falling out. They attempted to fix it twice, unsuccessfully. I took it to two other jewelers who advised against repairing it again, it would be throwing good money after bad. They would not work with me. I took them to small claims court and the judgement is in my favor for $5312. They have not paid me and now they say they will appeal the judges decision. I strongly urge you not to do business with them. They are dishonest people. Carol October 30, 2011

Best Time Ever with a jeweler. I was looking for that special engagement ring and ws told about Aaron and Provident by a friend. I contacted Aaron and he created a masterpiece that was pure awesome. My wife gets accomplishments on how the ring sparkles and its been over 8 yrs since I bought the ring. I have also purchased ear rings and a bracklet that I could not beat for a price at any of those Box Store Jeweler shops and could not find anything better in any of the Diamond Merchants of NYC !!!!

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott Kirby - who we found to be both professional and extremely knowledgable. We ended up purchasing a gorgeous .99 carat cushion cut engagement ring and we couldnt be happier. The only difficulty we had was in making a final selection - they have so many wonderful choices! Top quality selection and service! I purchased my Breitling Superocean from Provident after making the foolish decision of buying a Breitling from Costco that was rife with issues that Provident helped me identify. Scott, Dylan and Aaron were a tremendous help. (Never buy from an unauthorized dealer folks! Lesson learned!) Even if youre just browsing, you are treated as if you are a loyal customer. I will absolutely be buying my next watch from Provident!

I almost always get amazing service here. I was trying on rings once & the man was not pleasant & almost rude. He seemed a little snobby.Phyllis helped my Cousin with my engagement ring. We came back to get it sized & for engagement bands and Phyllis was always extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She helped us choose our bands & we love them.We spent so much money here & they wont clean my silver jewelry for free. Otherwise, Id give it five stars.
