I bought a sectional couch from American Freight. It broke on the bottom after two weeks. My fiancé sat down on it (keep in mind she is a small woman) and it broke the base of the couch. Luckily I bought a warranty for $99. I went back to exercise my warranty. The salesman wasnt very happy about it, but offered to get me a new couch after I sent him pictures of the broken one. He also asked me to keep the old chaise that came with the couch. I politely told him that I wanted the entire couch replaced and that the old chaise wouldnt match the new couch. Still waiting on a call from him with the new couch.

We bought a couch that came with a chair.. we got the couch fine and loved it.. He said the cahir was on backorder and would be there sunday.. He called thursday and said he had it in and would bring it by that night.. Never called or showed up.. I called hhim back friday, and he said oh.. that was the wrong chair. It would be here sunday.. Sunday came and went, no call no chair.. i called 2 weeks later. He said oh we still dont have it.. I told him if he cant get it to me today i want my money back. He was rude and said well come by and get your money and hung up on me... so watch out there sneaky...

Called 3-1-2017 A store staff member said they had at least 10 of the $49.00 mattress/box spring sets and at least 10 of the $59.00 mattress/box spring sets. Traveled from Franklin Ky on 3-2-2017 to this location and the store staff stated they sold the last one of each of the $59 and $49 sets just a little while ago. When I asked when do you expect more the man said 3-4 weeks. A family member went there 3 weeks ago and was told the same. Also no free delivery

Felt a little pressured while I was there to just look. I like to take my time in looking for things for my place. When they finally left us alone it was hard to find them to come and talk to us about something I liked. The furniture is nice for the price and the layaway service is nice. Dont do the warrenty or delievery--hidden fees without knowing or looking at your receipt. I bought a couch and wont buy anything else there.

Bowling Green KY - Best customer service i have ever seen in a furniture store. No hassling and stalking you around the store trying to make a sale/commission. Of course they want you to buy but what this place is truely concerned about is how they treat their ppl. Purchased a matress from them. Great quality and value. Awesome group of folks. Steve and C. Were the best.

He did a wonderful job making sure we went home with what we were satisfied with. Even going as far and showing us demonstrations on how he furniture protector works. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the store manager (Enes). He was very helpful in assisting me to find a sectional. I love this store and the associates here are great! I highly recommend this store and if you get the chance to request the store manager for assistance you will get the most effeciant experience.

Sales guys were for sure very pushy!! I was going to buy several pieces of furniture but they would not make any deals for me spending so much money with them...WOW! SO, needless to say, I didnt buy but one piece! Havent gotten it yet, just hoping I have no issues!!!

Furniture is nice and put together properly. But only purchase if you have cash. Sychrony financial is shady and tried to charge me late fees when payments were met on time. Wont shop here just for that reason.
