I Love my new furniture. The bedroom suite is absolutely gorgeous and of great quality. The living room suite is wonderful as well. However shortly after purchasing, the seem on the couch started to come loose. They agreed to repair it for free since it was still under warranty but we were expected to either take it and pick it up or pay $130 for their staff to. I told them I was in no hurry for it to be repaired and ask if their was anyway they could pick it up/deliver when they were in our area anyway. They would not. We spent a lot of money there and were very disappointed in the decision.

I had been shopping around for a mattress for a few weeks and had checked out a couple other places before stopping in to Thorntons. When I came in I was immediately greeted by Cody who took the time to answer my questions and help me pick the mattress that was perfect for me. He was very knowledgeable and was patient while I tried them all out. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a new mattress due to the best price and friendly service that I received. Mattress delivered to my house and the delivery crew was very professional and polite. Ill definitely be returning in the future.

BOUGHT 2 POWER LAZY BOY RECLINERS. TOOK ONE BACK 4-5 TIMES THE FIRST YEAR. THE OTHER ONE 3 TIMES. THEY HAD THEM JUST ABOUT 5-6 MONTHS. ITS NOW BEEN 1-1/2 YEARS AND THE PUMP THAT MOVES THE CHAIR HAS BROKE. I HAVE TO BRING TO STORE 30 MILES AWAY AND THEY WILL CHARGE LABOR TO FIX CHAIR. I HAVE OWNED LAZYBOYS FOR 40 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER PAID A DIME TO GET REPAIRS. THE CHAISE ON BOTH CHAIRS WADS UP WHEN IT IS BROUGHT DOWN. STORE SAID IT HAPPENS WHEN WOMEN SIT IN CHAIR. THEY STUFFED BOTH CHAIRS BUT IT STILL HAPPENS. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE MY NEW FURNITURE!!!!! Thank you Cody Halasz for all of your help! I have been in the market for new furniture for a few months now and Cody went out of his way to help me design the perfect collection for my new living room along with the PERFECT mattress for a good nights sleep!!! On to the next two rooms and Im sure Cody will find the exact fit for the last few things Im looking for to complete my home. Makes it a lot easier when someone knows how to "put a room together" and save you TONS of $$$$! A+++++!!!

I continue to shop at thorntons because the sales staff is never pushy and are very educated. When I was recently shopping for leather furniture the young sales person gave me a education in leather and explained the different types, and I learned that what I was looking for is actually called top grain leather. Which is the most durable and highest quality of leather. I also like that they have everything you see in stock and can get it to your right away.

Purchased La-z-boy couch and had manufactory/craftsmanship problems. We reported it to them as per La-z-Boy website... was told they would contact me in 10 days...Its been over 15 days and havent heard anything from them! After the sale youre on your own I guess.I wouldnt recommend them for any purchases, they leave you hanging after the sale even on items under warranty.

We shop for a lot of furniture, so we have a ton of experience with sales staff, and I will stay that sometimes it is not the most pleasant experience.... but at Thorntons - it was completely different. I really felt welcomed and found shopping here to be enjoyable. I recommend this place for anyone in or around Bowling Green.

I just stopped on in one day and was warmly greeted by knowledgeable staff. I was impressed by the lovely layout and non-pushiness of the staff. The furniture is lovely and there is a very nice selection. I was even nicely shocked at the bargains in their clearance section. Their staff was very helpful and friendly

We purchased a sofa and it was delivered in late June. The material on the cushions is "balling up" and it is clearly defective. Not only was Thorntons no help, they told us that if we wanted anything done we need to contact the manufacturer directly. What about that great warranty we were told about?

Once they have your money good luck getting help with any issues. Called to report a problem with a leather chair and they are not following up. Go somewhere else for your furniture needs. They have never responded to me or reached out Despite what they say.
