I bought from this furniture store on more than one occasion. My first experience was wonderful, went in, paid, great product brought home. I worked with Jesse James sales consultant. My second time was quite a different experience. I worked with Brian sales consultant. He seemed great up front, but I soon found out his overeager desire to sell was ALL that mattered. He made promises about several things that did not line up--- inventory, delivery dates, etc. I called and spoke to him and he never apologized for all the problems or mistakes (a common procedure in a company, even if it WASNT his fault, which mind you it was). He acted like everything was somehow my fault, or that I was stupid for expecting my delivery the day it was promised. He also refused to let me speak to a manager when I asked. The furniture itself is top quality---amazing products. However, I know for a fact they are overpriced. I bought the same bed, in the same size, for hundreds less elsewhere. They overprice and then make you feel like you are getting "such a deal" when they say they will give you $100 off etc, when even at the "discounted" price, it is STILL overpriced. It wasnt so outrageous that I was unwilling to pay it, but I dont fall for sales schemes such as these. If you happen to catch this company on a good day with a good sales rep, you may come out happy with a great item. If you happen to catch this company on a bad day with a bad sales rep, you will end up with more frustration and irritation than you can believe. Good luck and shop carefully.

first off I went in three weeks ago to look at a bed frame. I picked the one I wanted and the next day after thinking it over and comparing prices I went to buy it. The salesman said it was not in stock but would be in on friday, which was fine because I was moving in to my new home on thursday. Come friday I called and it did not come in. They said it would be in on Monday. Monday rolls around and they say it will be in between Thursday and Friday. Same thing happens on friday, then the same thing this week. The second week I asked for free delivery and they gave it to me and said it would be here on Friday. Never came. FINALLY I call this thursday and it has arrived, and will be delivered Friday between 11 and 5. I go to work at 6:30 so that would work great. They dont show up till 7. I had to take off work. They go to set it up and the rails dont connect. The manufacturer sent the wrong rails to every bed. I called today, saturday, and asked if I would get the bed today. After a long run around they finally said they found the rails. I asked to get something for my trouble and they all acted snooty. Stating "you only bought a 300 dollar bed." and that they gave me free delivery. Which was promised over a week ago. After this whole ordeal I would not suggest this company to anyone. I will never shop there again and I will go out of my way to tell people not to shop there as well. I give them 0 Stars. The whole staff are rude.

Jesse James is outstanding! After one of our box springs broke, my wife and I decided to shop for a new mattress. Our 8 year old pillow top served us well, but showed signs of wear. Our king size mattress had a hump in the middle, and became uncomfortable no matter which way we turned it. As soon as we walked in, Jesse introduced himself and encouraged us to look around without and pressure. At first, I was skeptical about these outlet type places, because of the overpriced knock off brand, and cheesy, salesman stigma that surrounds them, but immediately we felt welcomed. Jesse taught us more than we ever wanted to know about the 3 types of mattresses, how theyre made, where they come from, as well as the features and benefits each one offers over the other. He gave an excellent presentation on all three, never pressured us, and simply laid out all the facts so we could make our decision. After considering the longer warranty, better comfort, and longer life span, it was a no brainer. We went with the Sutherland Atlantis memory foam mattress. Jesse James meet, no... Exceeded our expectations! Thank you Jesse!

I wouldnt purchase furniture from here. At first glance everything seems great, but they mark up the cost so they can say its discounted, and they were big on talking about their warranty if unsatisfied. The fabric sectional we purchased (with 3 recliners) for $1500 had issues and damages right from the start. They did replace it fairly promptly, but then when the replacement also had issues, they said they were out of this model, and were only interested in upselling us to something else more expensive. The mechanism of one of the recliners sticks and hasnt worked well from day one. When I told them about this, they said they couldnt fix it, but did give us a $100 credit. But the sectional also started coming apart at some of the seams within a few weeks of our purchase, and they would do nothing to remedy that situation. So I dont have much faith in their product, or in what they say they will do.

I ordered my couch and recliner 2 years ago.. Got it that day.. I went March 20th 2016 to get my love seat to match.. Was told I would have it within a week.. Here it is May and still do not have it. I have called multiple times and was told they would call me back.. Havent heard a thing . They make promises they dont keep.. If they have your item in stock thats fine.. But if they dont have it in stock DO NOT BUY IT!! Mind you I paid in full for mine on the day I bought it..I work in customer service and this is the worst customer service.

Bought a few things from them before. Sadly, I purchased a simple twin bed frame from them, only to realize when I was ready to use it that I still had one I purchased from them last year. I would love to return this new, unused, unopened metal frame, but they do not allow you to return anything. I can see the point with some chair someone used, but this thing is still in the box in the vehicle I brought it home in. Very disappointed and wont be going back for anything.

Terrible service. Said to deliver same day, didnt deliver until next day n still couldnt deliver. Missed a days work while my husband had to come home after work to go pick up. Very disappointed, never give terrible reviews, but this was an easy terrible review. Never recommend!!!

Be very careful about buying furniture from this place. I bought a sofa and easy chair a few months back. Now the sofa is infested with adult bed bugs. The easy chair however is fine. They obviously have an insect problem in their warehouse or showroom.
