No good today.. We just went to lunch at the cafe.. Didnt realize Kathy was off. Had family in from Oklahoma. The girl Montana is totally clueless. Mixing up our order with other orders and giving parts of our food to other people. Im sure she is good in other areas but this is not where she needs to be. We werent the only ones having the same problem. The older lady Sharon? She couldnt keep up with making food. Ran out of chili earlier but stated I have more I guess I should have warm more up. She attempted to . Chili still cold and then the bowls were half full. The shining star here was a girl named Jennifer trying to get these girls on track and to keep things moving. We eat here several times a week. Big disappointment. Never again on Wednesday..

This place is AWESOME! Its an all-day trip. It has everything home, holiday and craft. The people could be a little friendlier, Janice was the only one willing to be helpful, informative, and nice. It would be great if the little snack bar were actually open so we could grab a quick bite and continue shopping. My last visit, I took my sister who was here from CA, and our time spent was 3 1/2 hours... we didnt even walk the center section! I gave 4 stars bcuz customer service really does make difference and only 2 people showed any (the other was our cashier).
