I give this place a 2. I had problems with the delivery service who gave us the run around with shotty excuses not once but twice! My product was broken within a week. The manager is a complete idiot and should not be in a service position whatsoever. I loved the sales staff and had a pleasant time with my experience with them. However if you ever have any problems with your furniture you can expect help but not after being accused, degraded, and talked down to very rudely. I loved the prices and some of the furniture is of great quality but dont expect any "Royal" customer service the second you complain about something. Never shopping here again that is for sure. Terrible experience and Im usually not one to complain about anything but this place gave me anxiety.

Paid for a sofa and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. I called 7 weeks later and asked what happened to the sectional. They said I shouldnt have been told it would take 2 weeks to arrive because it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks. Silly comment because it was still late. Decided to wait and keep being patient. They said they would update me on the phone, but never did. When I called again they never gave me reassurances that the sectional would arrive, just said the manufacturer kept changing the date and there was nothing they could do. Finally, 12 weeks later I cancelled the order. Waiting 3 months for something they said would arrive in 2 weeks was my limit. Not worth the hassle and the terrible customer service.

I believe their prices are more competitive than other stores in the area. Our salesman, Steve Harper, assisted us each time and is a great professional to help you make your selection.
