I went in and chose the bedroom set that I fell in love with the Line was extremely long due to the refund just dropping. Smh I stood in line almost 20 minutes and I believe the guys name was oshae very nice gentleman informed me that he was almost done with the current guest in front of him. If Im not mistaken the gentleman that took care of me was Franklin. He was a seller LET ME TELL YOU THAT!!!! Great job to him I walked into that place assuring my fiancé I was only spending 600 bucks. Well I spent 1100 dollars and Im not even about to complain about that part I am happy with THAT PART but I was promised my furniture would arrive the next day by 3 or 4 pm. LIES. I just moved into an apartment and my fiancé my 1 year old toddler sat at my place from 3 Til 8 pm OKAY NO ONE SHOWED UP.. So my fiancé is questioning what kind of place it is at this time!! BE MINDFUL I AM AT WORK so my fiancé decided to leave and head for his family gathering at 10pm I get a out of state phone call letting me know they are at my house????? Why and what kind of bs is that? So I call my fiancé back and tell him they are there he is PISSED OF COURSE BECAUSE HALF OF HIS DAY WAS THROWED DOWN THE DRAIN WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY GUYS. not to even ADD THEY CHARGE 65 bucks To bring me my stuff I ALREADY PAID FOR. We go back and forth for almost 30 minutes FINALLY my bedroom set is delivered only to be told once I got home THEY FORGOT THE BED RAILS AND THE SCREWS ARE YOU KIDDING ME...... So the next day I call they tell me I WOULD HAVE TO COME PICK UP MY RAILS WHY DID I PAY 65 bucks again IM NOT SURE... So my fiancé of course goes to get the rails.only to get home and tell me babe they said they ran out of screws so you will have to keep calling to see when they have some in THAT WAS 2 weeks ago. I called and called and called only to be told that they would call me NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY EVERRRRRRR AND I STILL WANT MY SCREWS SO WHEN WILL YOUR MANAGER BE CALLING ME TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER??????

Our first time in the store was very pleasant and the gentlemen, Terrell was so patient and helpful, courteous, mannerable and respectful. When Terrell was not there Alex assisted us and he picked up where Terrell left off with the same like manners as we purchase and have purchased furniture there. Today, was different and the first day I have ever had a BAD experience and this was with the so-call Manager, Brian Svendsen who I have never dealt with. I came in the store and waited at the customer checkout counter, Brian saw me and never acknowledged I was even a fly on the wall. So, I waited a minute just to see if this was really what was going on. As I stated to get his attention "excuse me but can I get some help" Briain stated, I am in a meeting (at the customer checkout counter). Yes, a meeting at the customer counter in the open where customers come, besides no one else was at the front desk at the time to assist the customer for that fact. I immediately, told him I dont care what meeting you are in I am a customer and you could at LEAST, acknowledge me as a customer - even to say excuse me maam I will get you some help or I am in a meeting but, I will get you some help. I told him that his actions were unacceptable for any employee whether manager or employee working anywhere. He told me he could care less who I was. AGAIN TOTALLY unacceptable. I thank God, I know Jesus because otherwise, he would have been up the creek without a boat let along a paddle!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Alex for calming me down and servicing me in the proper manner!!! I hope my encounter will teach the unlearned, unprofessional, uneducated Brian he needs to check himself before he wrecks himself and/or go back to school and learn this time around some rules of professional conduct!!!

Worst experience and company Ive ever dealt with. When we came into the store the associate that helped us said they dont hold furniture and therefore we could put a couch on layway and if we decided we dont want it we could put the money we paid towards another item in the store or we could get the money back. I am in the process of moving out of state and just wanted to get my money back and spoke with a manager and he said they dont do that. Only credit within the store. So we were told wrong. The manager also said we were to get some paperwork saying the terms. I have all the paper work and never once did I receive anything like that. I asked him why didnt they keep a copy of this paper I supposedly sign? He said they dont keep records. I asked for a company number and he gave me a bogus number. He was very unprofessional and rude. I found a number online and they never called me back. Nothing! They dont care about customer service. When we tried to go back into the store to find a different couch since they didnt want to help me solve my issue they didnt even have the couple couches we tried to pick out available. They told us it would be a two week wait. I will never come back to this company and I will never recommend this company to anyone. ***update*** since they didnt have anything in the store I wanted I went ahead and ordered a couch since they dont give you options. I was told it would be two weeks from one worker. Then another worker told me a different date. I was told Id for sure have my couch today. But do they? No! Ive called many times to get an answer but nobody knows when Ill get my couch. The manager doesnt even care. Id rather see a lawyer than have to deal with this anymore!

After such a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience, I had an EXCELLENT OVERALL experience. To began with the delivery guy called at 9pm the day that my funiture was supposed to be delivered. He said that they were behind and would deliver it first thing in the morning. The next morning came and no funiture, I called then they delivered it around 430pm. The sectional was soaked and wet on the side, told them to take it back , the guy said they couldnt and I needed to call the store. Called th e store spoke with Alex, gave me a $150 credit because it takes two to three weeks to get a refund since I paid cash. Secondly they delivered my bed rails without the headboard. I called and they said I could come pick it up and they would have the headboard sitting out. Well when I got there they asked me to choose another bed because they lost the headboard. Everything that I chose, they were out of. Well I stayed there from 430 til 8. Choose a platform bed slept in it one night and the next morning it fell. The wood was crumbling. Back to AF I go. So this time I talked to Terrell, a manager, he was very patient and took his time to help me, he ordered the bed I initially wanted and he made sure I was happy. Before I said I would never give them another dime, until I got A+ customer service from Terrell. He has the BEST customer service in the store period. Very cool and collective, never got fist rated or lied as some of the others did in the store. Now Im getting the bed I wanted and my husband and I are happy.
