Normally I find exactly what Im looking for in this store. However, my last experience has me very upset. I went in to purchase an ohmibod vibrator that was sound activated. I made it clear that I needed it to react to sound. The sales associate reassured me that the bluemotion Nex 2 "had an app for that". _ Sales associate # 1942. Upon going home and charging for 2hrs, it dose not work. It is not what I wanted. I was sold on BS. 120$ later I called back to see if anyone could help. I was then told "I don’t know I even have one of those toys and dont know how it works"…... Wow. My boyfriend and I enjoyed going to this store, but now we will be heading elsewhere with people who have a basic idea about there products.

I went in this location after leaving the location off of Colorado blvd and I was so relieved to find what I was looking for. The lady helping me was so down to earth and willing to help me find everything I was looking for. I was walking by one of the dis play tables and saw this sex toy I had never seen, the lady came up and just starting naming off so many reasons why I should buy it. Well needless to say she convinced me, so Payday its going to be ours. I wish I wasnt horrible with names, or Id let everyone know to visit this lady. Great customer service from this location.

This is a clean, open, friendly store and environment. Its not one of those shady places you should be nervous to go to. Huge selection with knowledgeable staff. This store carries everything from clothes, shoes, lingerie, and accessories to lubes, bondage stuff and toys for female, male and couples. Along with bachelorette party and gag gift items. Its a fun place that you should check out for yourself.

Not sure how to spell her name but there was a girl named Ineece she made me feel SUPER comfortable when shopping for items i wasnt particularly comfortable purchasing. I came here to find a birthday present for my girlfriend. The cashier walked me through several options and helped me decide upon the We Sync. GREATEST DECISION EVER! It has spiced up things in the bedroom a lot since then. I will be coming here again!
