Always have been helpful in times past when I went in for parts. Ive done business with John and his staff and have always gotten a fair deal. I dont currently ride any more but I will be looking for a utv in the not too distant future. Trojan Powers ports will definitely get my business again! Update: I bought my first SxS from John just the other day. The entire team was more than helpful and not a single time did anyone try to upsell me on anything. I feel as if they had my best interests in mind and werent just trying to make another sale. Im very satisfied with my new Honda Pioneer 700-4, it is exactly the type of machine I was looking for, very versatile and has proven Honda reliability. Also something I noticed while I was in the process of purchasing my utv. A man pulled in on Harley and had a small issue, I overheard him say he had a loose Allen nut that needed tightening. The owner took the time to help this man get his bike back on the road. The man offered to pay but John the owner refused. It only seemed to take 10 or 15 minutes but it was Johns willingness to help that I noticed. Things like that go a long way for people. Hes made a loyal customer out of this guy!

Called from Florida about a 2012 Kawasaki Concours 14 with only 2800 miles. Thought with that low miles what could be wrong. So I called and spoke to Scotty who said it was as new. I then made arrangements for shipping pending receiving pics of the bike. When I reviewed the pics, it was obvious that it had been stored improperly or driven on salty roads due to corrosion on the lower metal parts. This was obvious to Scotty who replied "well thats what happens up here when you drive it in the winter time." I agree, but dont represent (spelled lie) about a product as new when it obviously was not taken care of. How about tell the truth and let the buyer make an educated decision. Do you need to lie to sell your products? Buyer be warned!

Nice enough people to talk to but very inconsiderate of wasting other peoples time. THEY called me and inquired about a bike I was selling. We talked briefly on the phone, he asked me what my bottom dollar was and I told him. After that he asked me to drive the bike down to him so he could look at it. I drove the bike 25 minutes only to have him open up the blue book and tell me my bike wasnt worth what I was asking and then offered me $2500 below what I had already stated was my bottom dollar. They could have given me the lowball offer over the phone and saved me a lot of time and travel.

Just started going here in summer of 2016 and I really like this place. They give out awesome deals and are really cool people that actually ride in their free time. They have the best selection on IN STOCK gear and the guy at the parts department is very knowledgable about all their products and gives honest opinions, doesnt try to take your money. They were very helpful when trying to get the right size gear for my nephews and myself since we are new to dirt biking. I recommend this dealership to everyone and I will be back in the spring for a 2017 450!

Have been in several times for parts for routine maintenance, oil, filters, tubes, chain lube, plugs...in stock and ready and a great price! Also have been in for special order items such as riding gear and accessories for my dirtbikes. Every time Ive had a special order it arrived quicker than I expected and received a courtesy call informing me my order was ready to be picked up. Come to Trojan Powersports where they know their customers by name and make you feel appreciated, unlike other powersports establishments where you are "just another walk in".

I was very happy with the service that I received from Trojan PowerSports! I was able to view the bikes online; and call Bob, and he was very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. I was able to make a down payment on the bike I chose and I was able to arrive from Columbus, Ohio; check the bike out; go over the paperwork; and drive it home within 20 minutes from arriving! Bob did an excellent job working with me; and I will recommend Trojan to all of my friends and hopefully buy my next bike from there!

These guys were great to deal with! I ended up buying the bike of my dreams here and it had all the bells and whistles. I worked with both Steve and John both were pleasant to deal with. I was nervous of what to expect as I traveled over an hour to buy the bike and wasnt sure what I would be walking into as I have had poor experiences at other power sport dealerships in the past. I would Highly Recommend these guys. Prices were more then fair. Everyone I have shown the bike to cant believe the price I paid!

Had a awesome experience here. Im gonna keep it to the point. I found a bike i wanted, i looked at the bike i wanted, agreed on a fair price, placed a deposit, and picked it up at the end of the week. My sale agent Scott gave me time to look the bike over and let me get what i came to get. He had the paper work ready when i walked in and also had removed my new bike from the show room floor to keep other people off of it after i had placed my deposit.
