If you are considering buying from them "Think Twice!" If you are buying from out of state ..Do yourself a favor and Dont! I recently purchased a Motorcycle from Monroe Motorsports and I was not satisfied with the transaction! First they tried to charge me taxes for an out of state purchase. I had to call the Michigan dept of revenue to clear that up! Then they insisted on a documentation fee for an out of state purchase. (not required as per the dept of revenue) I specifically asked for photos of the bike I was considering buying. I didnt get the series of walkaround shots that I requested. Once I got there from out of town I noticed that there was a "Fuel Tank Dent" on the bike that was not disclosed!. I specifically asked if there was any visible damage to the bike before I gave a "NON-Refundable Deposit" and if I had received the photos I requested I would have be able to see the damage! I did buy the bike however, and I have estimates of roughly $300.00 to repair the dent locally. The Sales Manager was less than helpful and did not offer any response to the damage other than .."You got a good deal on a used bike!" No!!!, I would have gotten a good deal if it wasnt a damaged used bike!! The purchase was as is ...so there was no offer to compensate me for the newly found dent!!!. It is possible that the bike was damaged moving it from the sales floor to the warehouse but I doubt it! I will say that my sales guy was very helpful and extremely apologetic, but had no power to rectify the problem. The Sales Mgr didnt care whatsoever about "customer satisfaction" since he knew he would never ever see me again! As they say...."Buyer Beware!" so Beware if you are an out of state buyer!!!!!!!!!! Update!!!. After this review was posted I got a call from the sales mgr at Monroe Motorsports. He seem genuinely surprised that I gave such a poor review. He said that after the attempts they made to pull the dent out of the gas tank everything was "hunky dory" I told him that after I had flown 800 mi to pick up the bike my choices were few. So I decided not to continue my protest, (since he told me then that he would not offer any other solutions), but place it in the court of public opinion. No offer was made to compensate me for the repair and in the spirit of compromise I even offered that I would consider splitting the cost and a check for $150.00 or half of the repair would satisfy me. He briskly stated that the transaction was completed and no compensation for the damage would be forthcoming! Well this bike was purchased at the motorsports auction in CA and I am very sure that Monroe Motorsports made a "tidy profit" on the sale of this repossessed motorcycle. And with the $450 conditioning fee that Monroe charged me! ...It seems that they are more concerned about themselves and their PROFIT, than the satisfaction of the customer. As I mentioned before everything is "sold as is" so......BUYER BEWARE!! ...

well i bought a 2014 ultra limited from this dealer yesterday . what i can tell you is these guys have more harleys than a harley dealer . I seen a post on craigslist for a ultra classic 2012 . i called and talked to ron . he said they had quite a few so i drove out to monroe that night with my wife . he took us into . the back ware house . It is definately overwhelming at all the bikes they have . So we looked at a 2012 or should i say a few . i can be a very picky customer as i already know this . my wife just didnt know where to start or what to say there were so many bikes . well we found one we liked and put down a deposit . over the next few weeks i changed my mind twice and decided to go with a 2014 . a very smart move on my part . completely different bike . well the bike i wanted was available and we switched the deposit . they came to my house picked up my bike gave me a fair trade in on it i also delt with darrin the manager on the phone numerous times as far as price , trade , ect . they worked on the price a bit . not as much as i would have liked but a fair price . the finance manager had me sign all the paperwork and while i was doing that the guys loaded the bike on my trailer . my overall experiance was very favorable . i got a great bike and a very good price and a fair trade in value for my bike . i understand its a business and they need to try and get the most they can . but they still worked on the price and i can tell you they were 4 to 5 k under everyone elses price . So for anyone looking for a used harley even thou they have other brands . in my opinion they dont count . . anyone would be foolish not to come take a look at these guys . im saure they have the right bike for you and im sure you can get a better price than any harley dealer . i live a few miles from a harley dealer ( biker bobs ) but i did try in the past to buy a bike from those guys but glad i didnt and i would never buy anything from them . I can say whenever or whatever i need as far a motorcycle parts or a nother bike i will definately go there . at first i was like a polaris dealer selling harley this has to be a joke . But once you go into the warehouse you will be amazed . These guys are commited to finding and selling good used harleys for sure . now it would be nice if they were closer to me but who knows maybe the local harley dealer can take some lessons fron darrin and ron . thanks guys

Purchased 2 Jetskis and Trailer on 06/22/2013 that were said to run and drive. First time in the water the same day after checking them out and filling with gas checking oil the 2002 Seadoo GTX Di did not run. It started and would run at idle. Ski would not get off of idle. Ski was taken to our local dealer on 07/03/2013 where they did a compression test and front cylinder had less than 100psi. I called and talked to RON the salesman and he forwarded the call to JOE in service. Joe stated that there was no warranty and that he did a compression check himself and said they were low but OK. Had Joe transfer me back to Ron where he said they were bought as-is with no warranty and I was for the most part out of luck. There is an expectation of merchantability when you buy a used vehicle that does not warrant the vehicle but does mean that the vehicle will operate as it should. This has been held up for the buyer many times in courts and will be sought in this case. The response from both Joe and Ron from my phone call was less than a willingness to assist with the problems. I will be seeking any and all avenues available by the courts and laws to get a judgment against Ron and Monroe Motorsports in Monroe, Michigan. Buyer BEWARE when purchasing a used vehicle from this Dealer.
