This bookstore has incompetent, rude employees and does not have any communication with its customers. Not only have I had issues recently with an employee not being able to find my online order, but I have also had a textbook on backorder for 2 months. There was no communication about my order or anything. I guess they hoped Id forget? I will not be purchasing from here anymore. Buyer beware.

The store was nice and clean. Most the staff where nice and friendly minus an overly frustrated woman who when I asked a question got really frustrated with me and became rude (she obviously had no costumer service skills). But other then her, the store was a very nice store but she ruined my experience.

The bookstore is pretty large and has a wide selection of other books that are not related to college textbooks. We all know that for a non-ODU specific book to look elsewhere because the prices are high for new textbooks, but the service is great and the store definitely has a lot to offer.

This book store is less about books and more about stationary, gadgets, sundries and school spirit. There is also a computer store and textbook center on the second floor. Lots of great goodies in here but be prepared to pay premium prices.

Theyre okay but make it difficult to rent books so you have to spend close to $1000 instead of $200-$300. It sucks.
