Tried purchasing a book to get mailed to a friend but the card was declined. The bank said they saw no problems why that would be. The store couldnt tell me why it was declined and didnt even know what verification system they use for me to contact to find out what the problem was. Even Walmart knows what check/card verification system they use! Id expect more from Barnes & Noble. NoNE of their managers were able to help or knew anything either! How can a store/company NOT KNOW who they use for card purchases. If theres a problem, you mean to tell me they dont know who to contact?

I Recently Helped Organize a Pokemon 20th Anniversary Event at the B&N Wyomissing Location . The Staff was Generous and thankful for my Expertise . A wonderful place to enjoy books , Starbucks coffee or hobbies such as Lego build events or a meet and greet event wit an Author. ( something you cant get with a kindle ) Being a Father of 2 I would have to say my Favorite part of the store is the kids section in which they have many scheduled story telling events . A great place to visit for those in all walks of life !

No seating all the seating is in star bucks they have 4 chairs and most of the people sit for hours when all I want to do is get a coffee and a snack eat and go but no seats because most of the people there are in them hours I assume or on laptops. Barnes should offer a section for chairs and tables to customers purchasing things or reading I understand you want them to buy coffee to but just not enough room

Theyve always been a great store with wonderful customer service. Lately, some of the newer sections have been covering some pretty niche markets, which is really cool. Take cardistry for example. Its pretty neat to have a local place that I can pick up some luxury playing cards instead of having to buy them online and wait for shipping.

Really nice place to have a frapucchino at Starbucks (yes they have a Starbucks inside!) while reading a book or browsing! Large selection of books, friendly staff, super tidy & best of all, the childrens section is so cool. My kids loved it. Just wished they had Spanish books available.

Love coming here. Great selection of books and magazines. Grab a seat and enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee or tea. Plenty of cozy areas to sit quietly and read. Bring your laptop or tablet and utilize their free WiFi. I am here a least once.

The only place to buy new and old music, books, and movies. Has a Starbucks in it and great to have a bite to eat and sit and read. They go the extra mile to get a book for you if its not in store
