This place is like a used car lot. They tell you what you want to hear. Stretch the truth thin. I went there for a washer, dryer and stove. They tried to up-sell me on everything I tryed to buy. I knew what I wanted after about five mins. I wanted to check out and set up a delivery time and day. But after getting smoke blown up my you know what for twenty mins, I had second thoughts. always trust your felings. I went home checked their reviews and oh boy did I almost make a big mastake. I checked Yelp, not good! Google, not good! I even saw one of the people hanging out with one of the employees that had given a 5 stare revew for this place. I think he may even work there. Good news is I found what I wanted for less by doing some looking aroud.

I tiled the owners house not too long ago and got to speak with the little Jew personally and I will tell you plain and simple they will rape your pockets and send you home with any piece of garbage they can con you into as I was told. Him and his wife had all brand new appliances for the entire house sent there in company trucks by their employees to be installed ......... Wonder how much he paid for all those appliances............$0.00. just employee Labor as he stated and thats just pennies as he put it

I cant say enough how much I appreciate the team at Aztec Appliance. When first entering the store my wife and I were confused as to what type of laundry pair to purchase. Our Salesperson was very patient with us and took the time to explain what our options were. Not only did we find the laundry pair we wanted, we purchased it for a great price! Thank you Aztec Appliance!

When looking we made the salesman aware of our condo move in rules and he said no problem, but then when the order came in they refused to deliver to our building and wouldnt give a reason or even try to work with us or our HOA. Order was also 3 weeks late on arriving from the estimated date. Cheap prices, but not worth the hassle.

Had an appointment set up from 9-11 am and never showed. Left a bunch of messages and they never returned calls or anything. Had an emergency situation with a washer and dryer they installed incorrectly in the first place. The did a sloppy job and never cleaned it up.

We needed a counter depth fridge white. . .Had guests coming. Joe took the order, found a counter depth white KitchenAid and organized the installation, and removal of the old one within three hours of our guests arrival! WHEW! Boy! Do these people deliver!!

And the Discount at Aztec is customer service! Been trying for almost a week to get in touch with my salesperson about delivering the appliances I paid for, and he NEVER has returned a single phone call. Pay a little more, and go with a reputable dealer.

Dont bother.... After a few weeks of calling for a simple fix they told me verbatim, "If its this much of a problem Sir, why dont you call another repair business." I did and so should you. Customer Service is a joke. Waste of your time.

Im not sure why theyve gotten bad reviews. Ive dealt with them on two different occasions, and both times I got a good price and the appliances were delivered and installed on time. I will use them again in the future.
