I placed a order for 2 end caps for the side of my stove (a left and a right) and a knob, and they said the order will be in 2-3 weeks and they will call me once they are in. 4 weeks later never got a phone call so i call them and found out the parts are in and they had ordered they wrong thing for one of the end cap, so they place a new order and it will take 2-3 weeks and that they will call me when its in. ya right, again 4-5 weeks later, i call them, the 1st person answer the phone said only one of the end cap and the knob it there and she doesnt see any other parts. so i asked to talk to the person who ordered my parts originally, and he finally found all the parts. it appears to me that they are very disorganized. it took almost 2 months to get all the parts, and i only save a few dollars from not having to pay shipping. i dont think it is worth it. I dont think i will come back again. going to order all my things online from now on. they always say the small mom and pop places are taking over by online or big box stores, well there is a reason... i think to some ppl like me, i am willing to pay a little more to save a lot of trouble! good luck!

When to the thermostat on my kenmore dryer and the Hispanic guy sells it to me for 27.99 he then tells me he can fix it for me so he gives me his number I go home and install the part and come to find out my thermo fuse is out this is a very cheap to buy piece but when I walked into the store the Hispanic guy tells me he knew I would be back and trys to sell me the fuse for 27.99 so of corse I told him no I can get this piece for 5.00 at Sears parts or other places so I went to Sears parts and got it for 6.79 . DONT GET RIPED OFF BY THIS GUY HE OVER CHARGES ON THE PARTS

Called to see if they had a part for my dryer, they did, so i asked for a price quote, salesman said $15-$17. I had to work so I sent my two teenage boys to get the part....with part number in hand. Salesman charged my son $53 for the part. Told my son to take the part back....will find another appliance parts store.

Great service knowledgeable people. I can get things cheaper sometimes on the net, but have to wait 2 weeks to get, then a hassle if I want to return it, not here, they have to make a profit if the want to stay in business and a few dollars more wont break me for the ease of getting my parts.
