DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased an LG Refrigerator in March 2016 $ 2,746.00 and lets just say, I have had nothing but problems with it! They say there products have a 90 day store warranty and a 1yr warranty from a 3rd party company. Do not believe it! They gave me the run around within the 90 day warranty and come to find out I dont have a warranty with the 3rd party company either because the store never activated it. I have spent months going round and round with them and have gotten no where! The customer service is terrible and they wont give you the name of the manager or owner let alone a phone number or email!! Such a scam, they sale broken appliances!! Looking into further options, small claims or BBB!!

Great place! My husband and I decided to stop by to check out their furniture, no plan to buy but, we absolutely fell in love with these sofas! and bought them. The store has great prices, financing, and very helpful staff. Carolina Molina the young lady that helped us was awesome! she sure knows how to give an upscale customer service, she was sweet and patient with us and helped to the very last minute. I strongly recommend you check out this place before you buy your next piece of furniture.

They 1) Lied about the price (rebate for $175 is no where to be found), 2) sold me a broken machine (spin cycle didnt work), 3) my machine was recalled within a week of sale, 4) they are not honoring the 90-day repair warranty but have my money and my machine at their shop. STAY AWAY!!

Horrendous customer service, sold a completely defective applicance and then made little effort to rectify the situation. The manager was incompetent and hardly solution-oriented. Dont waste your time, $$$, sanity here. DO NOT RECCOMMEND X100000

Buyer beware they will sell you shifty product that dont work and then make you pay for an exchange for lesser quality products. Do not buy from here!!!!
