My microwave built-in oven wouldnt heat. I had no idea who/where to call. I am so pleased I called Premier, based upon reviews. Scheduled an appointment for the next day ( could have been same day). Felix, my service technician, called, as promised, a half hour before arrival. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem.He explained exactly what needed to be done and the cost to fix. He offered to repair at my home or take with him to repair. He took the unit with him. I got a call early the next day, FIXED and exactly in line with his cost estimate. He even brought the broken parts with him to show me what exactly was replaced. On top of that, I have a refrigerator issue which I asked him about. He trouble-shot the problem at no cost to me! I highly recommend these guys and Felix.

Honestly I only take the time to review if things went positively, but being in a bind and hoping this 39.99 diagnostic would be of service was soooo disappointing. My stove costs 600. The end quote was about 360. That would be no big deal but when Felix first mentioned what he thought was wrong he said 3 portions of the internal mechanics needed to be replaced PLUS the touchpad. After looking at it he said only ONE portion of the control board was actually malfunctioning. In the final quote he retracted his statement and gave NO explanation when I KNEW after opening it up myself only 2 things max needed replacement. Luckily I only lost 40 bucks. I wouldnt hire him unless you educate yourself on basic mechanics. He had no problem trying to take more then what was needed.

My refrigerator stopped cooling unexpectedly. I called Premier Appliance San diego at 8:45am and Vicky picked it up, listened to the problem, then immediately tried to find me an appointment right away. She scheduled one for the very next day and was incredibly sweet and understanding. Daniel came by the next day and replaced the broken part of my fridge in less than 20 minutes. He was kind, patience, and knowledgeable of what was wrong with my appliance. He also gave me a very reasonable quote for all of work. All-in-all, they are very efficient, reliable, and down-to-earth personable. Id recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with Dan who scheduled my appointment and the repair guy, sorry forgot his name... Didnt want to shell out the money for a new fridge when my old was actually working, just leaking water. Dan scheduled my appointment for the same day and they came and fix it right away. I cant vouch for the longevity of the repair because it was just done, but I am sure they will come and fix it again under warranty if problem resurfaces. Honest and courteous company.

Daniel was awesome. Efficient, friendly and honest. Our washer was on the fritz and there was some troubleshooting involved to get it fixed. Daniel did the diagnostics to properly diagnose the problem, despite the fact that his first theories as to what was wrong did not pan out. The fact that he did so saved us money. I would use this service again and my wife and I appreciated Daniel professionalism and courtesy.

I was so mad when I first found out my LG refrigerator stopped working . After spending thousands on buying the refrigerator I was worried it was going to be expensive to have it repaired . Amazing service; professional, responsive, reasonable. I own several apartment buildings in the city and they are becoming my "go to" source for repairs due to how quickly they can respond, but most importantly how well they get the job done. From dishwasher, to fridge, washing machine, etc.....they have come thru for me on several occasions. Highly recommended.
